Coffee is always good. Service so so lady who rang me up was great just think she might have been new probly with no training. But the tall one who was standing next to her was nodding in and out maybe not good for customer interactions. Kinda hard to order something when someones falling out.

I am really disappointed with this location in Mansfield, Ohio. Every time I visit this location I am told they are out of something or many items. This evening they were out of all bread. This is a bread company, folks…. I have also experienced this same problem early in the day as well. Is this a management issue? Supply issue? IDK, but I am suspecting it is a management issue because it has been happening since I moved here a year and a half ago. Do better Panera… I have a $50 gift certificate I’d like to use on a food item I want, not something I settle for because you are unprepared. We left without ordering this time.

Half of my order was great the Mac and cheese was cold and runny though. I’ve never had cold Mac and cheese here before … so I’m guessing maybe they forgot to warm it up. The container is cold from the outside and the food inside is cold.

Good food, chai latte is always really good. The person I was with got the new Tikka masala soup and said it was good and it smelled fantastic. Clean store and friendly employees. Hopefully soon the employees get it together and unionize like the Starbucks workers have. They really deserve it.

This was my first time in a Panera Bread. When you first walk in. the smell is enticing. I was immediately greeted, waited short while to place my order. While waiting, I went to the bathroom. I was very surprised it was locked ( only for a single person). The food was flavorful, and the coffee was great. The staff was friendly, and very busy.

Just visited again yesterday. Some changes. Restaurant looks cleaner. However broccoli cheddar soup was barely warm. The new pepperoni baguette sandwich had no sauce and was dry as a bone. Would never order again. Management needs to be replaced and employees trained properly.
