I FEEL CHEATED. I DIDNT LIKE IT AT ALL, I ordered the new smoky buffalo chicken melt, it’s literally just bread, it has a little bit of chicken and one or two slices of onion, 12 bucks for nothing. My bf ordered a chicken sandwich and it’s not worth it at all. It was just a little bread with chicken, it barely had lettuce and it was more expensive that the baguette.

The cash register was shut down due to them being short staffed, but they had the kisoks going and the team in the back making the food. It was great, the food came out quick, everything was yummy and the (I am assuming manager?) Would come out from the back once in a while to let us know just to use the kisok and to answer any questions. Really happy they have the kiosk option rather then just shutting down the whole store.

I usually love Panera but this one was a mess. To start we put in our phone # to get a text when our order was ready but that never happened. We kept hearing them call P, J, R which was apparently us. They were calling out the first letter of each name, first, last and middle, on the card we paid with. This location was also just dirty. There were crumbs all over the floor and most of the tables were dirty. All in all a bad Panera. I won’t be going to that one ever again.

2 hours from our house on a rainy day and it’s hard to get to this Panera to find out that it’s closed!!!!! Zero customer focus. The map says it’s open until 9pm. But when we arrived, we found a sign that says that it is open until 16:00!
