Worst panera bread I ever went to in my life I went to pick up a order and I asked for extra dressing and they gave me none. We stopped here for lunch last weekend. We just moved to this area and we use to frequently go to the Panera on hall road without any issues. This was our first time at this one and it was awful. I attached a picture of the disgusting things I found in my “fresh” lunch. I ordered the you pick two with the half chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich and strawberry poppyseed sandwich. The one piece of avocado on the sandwich was inedible. It was brown and had a plastic texture like it had been sitting out for days (see picture). In the salad, I found a huge piece of the bottom core of the lettuce which is also inedible and some of the strawberries were moldy (also shown in picture). My husband ordered the Asian crunch salad, but he was given a sandwich instead. We didn’t complain when we got it because we’re pretty easy going people, but had we known how disgusting the food was going to be, we would have said something. We were the only customers at the time, so they had time to make sure the food was correct. For how expensive this place has become, the “fresh” ingredients should really be checked for freshness more often. Sadly, won’t be back. It was a waste of money, we threw out most of the meal.

I placed a curbside order. They were fast, polite and the food was fresh and delicious. I used the online app to order it, and it was perfect! Thank you! The flatbread pizza is yummy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was full of flavor. I have had at this location in the past and recommend their iced coffee, strawberry banana smoothie, the lemon cookie and both flavors of scones.

This is the 3rd time the quality of my food is so bad! I ordered the Chipotle chicken sandwich, bread is soggy and chicken is crunchy. Threw it away. And only this happens at the chesterfield Cafe! I always order the same sandwich from other Panera locations and it is great! Always an issue with the kitchen service and the quality of the food in chesterfield. However can plz train your cooks better to follow company protocol like other branches do.

Very good food, this particular location is not the most well maintained location, a bit dingy and the floors were filthy the past couple times visiting it. Costly for the portions you get these days but I suppose that can be said for a lot of places anymore.

The food was really good at this Panera bread, except they were out of bagels and things like that. Which is about the only reason I can go down to a four. The service was mildly lackluster being that they were so young. But besides that pretty good.
