My sister and I stopped for lunch. Was slow and no workers at the counter so we used the order yourself. I got a broccoli and cheddar soup bread bowl, and it was delicious. The soup flavors were amazing, it was just the right temperature, and the bread that came with it was fresh. We also got a Strawberry basil fresca drink and it was a 9.5/10. I enjoyed this meal and would recommend.

I stopped to get take out because I had been at the hospital all day. The new sandwich on the bagel with beef was good if had more than two shriveled up slices. I also got the tuna fish sandwich. I took one bite. It was sour. The soups were good.

When you eat here, you realize how soulless and empty fast food is. I was shocked by how dingy the interior looks, debris all over the floor, dirty tables. You order expecting that there must be something delicious that people are willing to go there for. No- everything is just melted cheese on bread. I honestly don’t get why people eat at Panera vs just melting their own cheese at home.

Placed an online delivery order for $330 a day in advance for an important business meeting. Got an email the morning of the meeting saying they couldn’t deliver until 45 minutes after the requested time (when the meeting would be ending). I asked to pickup instead for the same time the order was placed for and was told they can’t even get it ready until 45 minutes after the original delivery time. I was forced to cancel the order. Staff was rude. I will never use Panera Bread again for any orders.

The food comes out fast and is what you expect from a Panera chain. However don’t expect any service at the order counter. The turnoff for me was the cleanliness. All tables were dirty, floors were dirty, not to mention the bathrooms, they were particularly horrifying. Place needs thorough cleaning and general maintenance & repair.

Great place to sit down and eat. Food tasted great! Glad they had new soups! Only thing is the price. Things can get expensive. Nevertheless, thy have great wifi. Hope to be back!
