We’ve eaten here a few times and this is one of the better Paneras around! Same food, prepared with more care and very helpful and kind staff. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and in the mood for Panera Bread.

This place gets my order wrong every single time. It doesn’t even matter what I order.
Tonight, I ordered the Chicken *Bacon* Ranch sandwich. But, what I got was some bread with chicken, drenched in ranch dressing. Not a single piece of bacon on it. It’s one of the three ingredients in the name of the sandwich!
This seriously happens every time. My fault, I guess, for giving this place another chance.

The people/neighbor is soft-spoken and pleasant. Well worth the extra 15 minutes of driving from the big city. Same hustle and bustle without the obnoxious disturbances.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went through the drive through at lunch ordered a half Caesar salad. I paid cash and they did not include a receipt in the bag. After arriving home I saw that my order was missing ingredients. Also the small dressing container was half empty, they didn’t even fill it. I paid almost $8 for a small container of lettuce. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager but was left on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up.

I have frequented this Panera over the past year every single time I pre-order on the app for a designated time slot. I always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes minimum after that timeslot for my order to be ready. I am honestly sick of it and had to just refund an orderas it was 15 minutes past when I was supposed to get my food and they hadn’t even started prepping it

Generally a worn atmosphere. We placed our order at 3:10 when it was by no means busy and it took 35 mins to prep two soups and salads. Ridiculous given the prices they now charge. $36 after a $5 reward.

Friendly service though my order was incorrect. They quickly corrected. Clean inside and out. You can order ahead online or phone. I had an egg and cheese on ciabatta and a light roast coffee. Both were good.
Update: October 2025; I ordered online for the drive thru. I had a long wait even though the line was not long. They did double ⏩ check my order before they gave it to me which I appreciated.
The Half Chicken Pesto Dipper and Mac and Cheese were good.
If you like Panera Bread ,I recommend this one.

Great place to have a good conversation with friends. Ample comfortable seating, great food choices, pleasant environment. Indoor seating is open during covid. Outdoor seating available. Be prepared to pay premium pricing.

I visit the Derry location at least once a week and I order a toasted bagel with cream cheese and butter , I don’t know why the little butter packets are always frozen and I can’t spread it on my bagel , it’s very frustrating , please store your butter in a more temp controlled refrigerator area

Ordered food through kiosk. The area was not very clean. My name was called to pick up my order and it was incorrect. I brought it back to have them correct the order. When they remade the order my sandwich was a mess. They took the extra soup they had originally given me and put it back.
No one spoke to me at all.There were some teenagers who kept swearing and screaming in the store. I love Panera’s food but this location needs some love by management.
