I always put in our order that I have a dairy allergy. Most of the time I put in an order, I come home to find the sandwich I order has dairy in it or is the completely wrong sandwich. The fact that so many people have an allergy and this location does not give any attention to detail is disappointing. A lawsuit is inevitable.

They don’t read the tickets and just make whatever they want. So what’s the point of ordering what I want. I called to let them know my food is wrong the manager is very rude basically said he didn’t care and then hung up on me. Yelp 2 stars and a bunch of bad reviews on Google about the same thing. This is ridiculous. Way below the standards for Panera now I’m concerned about someone tampering with my food.

I give it to the guy in the back that made our salads. We walked in, and it took about 5-10 minutes before someone came to ask what we would have. Mind you, it was slow in there. While standing at the counter, two girls joked around behind the counter around a corner in plain sight, and they noticed me I’m not a small guy. Not one asked if they could help. Some older lady finally came over to the guy before us, then us. All while they joke and laugh behind the wall. The older lady asked the other young girls if they could make a shake or some drinks for her, and they yelled back, “Nope, not me.” Then i can hear the older lady mumble something as “it’s getting out of control here today.” After 15 minutes, we finally placed our order and went to sit. Only three other tables were occupied, so it was slow. As we’re waiting, you can hear the children playing in the back as the guy was putting our meals together. Girls in the back of the wall were loud complaining about a door, as they were constantly calling out, “Door!”. Never have I ever witnessed this type of child’s play in an establishment like Panera. If they had nothing to do back there, maybe they should have cleaned the sitting area and tables that needed cleaning, very visible. They had a few pick-up orders while we were there, so it wasn’t too slow for orders. Again, the guy was doing most of the work back there. Won’t be returning back this circus again. My mistake was that I didn’t video record the craziness.

They don’t pay attention to the order. Multiple times I order a sandwich with no cheese and they always put cheese on it. Learn to read.

Our experience left much to be desired. We got the pick 2 combo. Both of us ordered a half avocado chicken melt for our combos and both sandwiches were served with the wrong ingredients in each despite everything detailed in writing on the paper slip and our electronic receipt (some of my extras in his and vice versa). Once we got our food back with the supposedly right ingredients, my husband’s sandwich was FULL of chicken and mine was skimmed. Mine didn’t even have avocado.
