I ordered a catered lunch for my company, and I just want to say that the catering team has excellent customer service. Our drinks had been left out of the initial delivery, and when I called the café they were very kind and professional. The delivery driver came back with the drinks and a complimentary dessert from the trouble (and he was very kind and professional as well!) I really appreciated how great the experience was, and will be ordering from this Panera again. Thank you!

Service quality is getting worse and worse. Orders are wrong. If I request bread with my salad and sandwich, do not give me a bag a chips and the other bread is completely missing. I do not like Panera bread chips! If I ask for utensils, provide them. Do your job and follow directions. Just because I order take out, doesn’t give you a reason to slack. Hire workers with attention to detail and quality please. In general the food quality has gone way down and the prices are ridiculous. I’m over this franchise… Swiping left!!!

I ordered delivery here and the food came cold. Apparently, the food was sitting there for an hour before Uber Eats picked it up. I thought Panera would have the courtesy to redo the order fresh when they saw that there was a delay in pick up. But instead they had the audacity to send me cold food. The pizza was hard like cardboard, and the chicken sandwich was so soggy, you couldn’t tell the bun from the patty. I tried to call them several times, but nobody would answer. How unfortunate!!

I don’t go to Panera often but this is right off the highway. I didn’t realize the coffee was self serve. I found the cups as my partner was asking for a cup at the register. The person behind the counter rolled their eyes at us like we should have known. There is zero signage.

This place has the worst staff I’ve seen as a driver or customer they don’t help anyone they just sit on the phone or talk to each other while people are waiting and when you ask for help they snap at you and start yelling that they are busy when clearly they are not…managers did no better to help the place is a sh]t show.
