Spent $33 on two meals for lunch. Have lunch how’s it going wherever you’re at? They wouldn’t let me change the bread for my elderly mom who can’t chew the hard bread. Then when her sandwich came out, you couldn’t even see it from all of the nasty lettuce. Completely out of tea. When I picked up my food, I told them thank you, and they all just looked at me.

I accidentally placed a pickup order through the app at the incorrect location. Both places handled it beautifully and seamlessly all while keeping my discounts in place. Sam, the manager at Raceway Road and US 36, was incredibly helpful in getting this replaced and while giving me the discounts that disappeared since I “used” them to place the order that ended up being cancelled. Sam even remembered what I normally get in the drive thru and has always been so positive and gives a genuine smile to make my day brighter. I so appreciate the extra time it took from both places and especially on Sam’s part to get this resolved late in the evening.
Thank you so much!

We stopped there after work…. Did not disappoint! We went inside and placed a to go order, the cashier Christian was so fun and let us try some soup before getting it. We forgot part of the order and went through the drive through to get the other part. The young boy in the drive through gave us it and even offered a free pastry for the inconvenience! Would highly recommend!

Panera has declined in every way. The service is practically non-existent. Now that they have kiosks to order food from, there wasn’t anyone behind the counter to assist with an order or ask questions of. There was one person actually preparing the food while five other employees stood around loudly laughing and talking but not helping in any way. The soup was lukewarm. The ledge of the half walls by the tables is very dusty. The counter by the drink area and the bathroom were dirty as well. On a positive note, the carpet looked new. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I use to love Panera. Sadly it is not the quality and cleanliness that it once was.

I came to have dinner and then study. Cory was so kind and thoughtful, taking my plates with a gentle smile and genuinely asking about my work. His customer service made me feel cared for and understood.

Service was half hearted. Employees were more focused on internal personnel issues & my French onion soup was the most I’ll composed, missing cheese, lukewarm, and truly representative of the person/staff at this particular location. C’mon Panera! Step it up, clean it up & clean house…

Honestly in shock on how awful the service was today for lunch. I submitted an online pick up order for about 30 minutes before the pick up. The order itself then was ready until 40 minutes after that at time. I can understand having a lunch rush, but when I call to get an update and get hung up on? Maybe a little more management needs to get involved, also would appreciate a refund after that mess.

Expensive oven/microwave warmed food, and they can’t seem to get a good count on how much to make. The few times a year I do decide to stop here for some bagels, they’ll be out of everything or have a couple of a single flavor. I get you don’t want wasted product, but the fact that I’ve failed to make a purchase numerous times tells you how off your estimates are. If a business offers a subscription, that should tell you most of what you need to know.

I really like the Broccoli Cheddar soup. I prefer in a bowl with a baguette on the side. The drinks were a bit pricey, so I had a cup of water with my meal. Very nice dining room, great atmosphere.
