Imagine my surprise while on a walking tour of Waterloo, Iowa when I turned the corner and discoved Anton’s Garden! An outdoor beer garden in an idyllic surrounding. In the city! It was very cool! After stopping for a few adult beverages we continued down the street to the covered river crossing.

I didn’t eat so no review for food. Traveling to Waterloo for business, I met up with a colleague there for a beverage. It was a beautiful evening and I was so tickled by the place! Why isn’t there an outdoor venue like this where I live? Relaxed atmosphere, cold beer, everything you could ask for. I’m hoping to go back for their Oktoberfest!

When I passed by and saw this gem by the river I had to stop. I absolutely loved the vibe and the people this is now one of my favorite places if I want to drink some amazing beer and enjoy the fresh air. The vibe is so peaceful yet exciting. The women working who I encountered the first visit was so inviting this spot is definitely a must visit. Just give it a try and you will fall in love

Very nice outdoor bar, they were out of Kona, but we got the mango ale and it was very tasty. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating, the mosquitos were out but they weren’t as bad as I expected. Would return for some Kona! EXTREMELY GOOD PRICES, FOUR BEERS 20 BUCKS? WHERE AM I?
