Terrible experience. This is the second time I’ve found bugs in my soup, which is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the manager’s response—no apology, no concern. He simply said, “I credited your full order. Anything else you want me to do?” Also, tried to blame the delivery driver.
That attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Finding bugs in food is a serious issue, and the lack of accountability or empathy from management made this experience even worse. I won’t be returning, and I hope Panera takes food safety and customer service more seriously

I’ve heard quite a lot of negative news around Panera Bread recently, but I think this place is different. The food is generally fresh and tasty for the price. The staff are very nice and friendly. I forgot to pick up part of my dine-in order and they would walk around the entire restaurant to find me and remind me to pick up the rest. Definitely beyond my expectations.

It’s 7:30 in the morning, why are the employees screaming at each other? You don’t want your customers to hear that workers aren’t helping each other, that the milk isn’t labeled, and that a machine is broken. Workers were nice but this isn’t a bar. Chill out

Today is Sat, Nov 15 2025 evening, This place right very now, with current manager is pretty good. I can see how hard he and people under his guidance work.
It is a pleasure to see this place getting to be better than it was.

Bagel and ice coffee, very quick service but the bagel was not even warm, let alone toasted.
No ice for the ice coffee, maybe I didn’t look in the right place.

Picked up an order to go. They forgot one of the meals. The BBQ chicken sandwich had little to no meat and was dripping with sauce. Tried to call and the phone just rings. Not a great experience

One of the dirtiest and ugliest Paneras out there. Nothing is clean or tidy. Coffee bar is overflowing with dishes. The tray area as well (see the photo). Unfortunately, it stinks too. This is no place to eat something.
The service is extremely slow. Staff is too slow as if there are no customers in the restaurant. I had to wait 15 mins for 1 muffin. I had to ask 4 times before someone actually picked up the muffin and gave it to me. While I was waiting, I could see other customers’ frustration as well. Panera needs do a quality check on this address.

The workers are not having it there. Not sure if it’s because of the company or if they hate the customers. I’d honestly understand both but I won’t be returning there. Also, asked for my order was given an order that was not mine. Went back to return it and they acted like it was my fault.
