I love Panera in Franklin ma. but one day I was close to Panera in Milford ma. My experience at this location was terrible. First of all they didn’t have any chocolate croissant which is my favorite and then my green goodness salad had frozen chicken ! and barely any ingredients. It was full of lettuce. Because this was a take out order I couldn’t complain at all.

Victor at this location went above and beyond to ensure my order was complete. I ordered late, right before close and wanted delivery in the app. When my food arrived, the store had then closed an an item was missing. I then received a call from Victor, an employee at this location, who notified me that my sandwich never made it into the bag and he was ALREADY at my delivery address with my missing item! This was not the DoorDash driver…..He hand delivered my missing item after the store had closed and DoorDash had already brought my order. I’ve never had a bad experience with Milford Panera, and this really is a quality example of their service. Thank you again Victor!!

This is/was my favorite local go-to Panera, my job orders from here at least every other day. Yesterday my coworker ordered me a Greek salad, which I always get. This time they gave me an old premade salad that I can tell was from yesterday, and was frozen in the middle. If you wanna know what lettuce looks like after it’s been frozen, it’s not okay. Other vegetables were not crisp, the whole salad was a soggy rotten mess. Lettuce was see through and icy.

About 3 weeks ago I went to Panera for a meal and witnessed a horrible scene, a man shouting in a rude and stupid way at a woman inside, near some shelves with bread, the person who was serving the queue of customers stopped answering due to the man’s screaming this is not a healthy environment, no one should treat another person that way let alone a woman, I asked what was going on and the girl said the baker was wanting something. we stood there until the guy realized that we were totally against his attitudes, but he arrogantly didn’t even care, the woman he was arguing with fetched something and gave it to him. absurd, a person like that guy should work with animals and not among human beings. I was passing by and stopped to rest and continue my journey and ended up stressing myself with what I witnessed. I called the store the other day, but I didn’t know the name of the guy and the woman. I just reported what I saw happen, but whoever answered the call didn’t seem very interested.

Absolutely disgusting, went to eat my salad that I ordered today and this happened. I cannot even start to say how disgusted I am by this. Even my smoothie was gross, and it had expired greek yogurt. I could tell when I opened the plastic cup. And I am a member with panera so this is just sad to me

Love the food but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME, without fail, they mess up the order and/or forget to put items in the bag. I usually order pick up and have learned to check the bag before I leave the parking lot because at this point it is expected that they will forget something. I noticed a sign that said they will give you a free bakery item for the inconvenience but I have never received or even been offered such; but instead get the 3rd degree when I ask for whatever item they forgot to put in the bag. I feel that they should be putting way more effort into checking that the order is correct before sending it out… especially considering the amount you pay and the fact that I have seen and heard several other bad reviews mentioning the lack of quality and accuracy of the order. Really hope the management team will work on this, otherwise I don’t see myself continuing to order from here.

I got the Thai chicken soup and couldn’t find any chicken in it but the most egregious part is i ordered online and chose the bowl size for my soup which is the medium option for $8. Now imagine how I felt when my chicken-less Thai chicken soup came out in a yogurt cup for a toddler. Seriously for the prices they charge this restaurant has no right to still be in business for what they actually give you.

Excellent customer service and very clean facility. The seating is comfortable and the environment is very warm to enjoy spending your time. One of the important things in any type of facility whether it’s food service or otherwise is a clean bathroom and I’m glad to say that the bathroom at this Panera bread location was in very suitable condition The water was hot had paper towels and the toilets were clean That’s an important thing. I also want to mention that the staff is very friendly.
