I ordered from them for almost 2 years. Unfortunately tonight’s experience made me think twice about ordering from them again. They forgot a part of my order. I called to just see if they’d be willing to send it since it’s not far from me. A no would have been fine. They said their manager normally handles those issues is on the phone and they will call me back. They never did, so I called them. They said their manager is on the phone…AGAIN. I said no problem, I can wait. They then passed it to someone else who said their manager who normally handles this is not in. Now there were multiple excuses and still no order. The food is normally decent but the service is horrible.

Completely botched my Grubhub order of general tso’s chicken, I instead received some sort of garlic chicken that tasted horrible. Called for a refund and/or a new delivery of what I actually ordered, but the 2 employees I spoke to refused to do either. $20 down the drain. Went from being a regular customer to never ordering again.

I just got general tso’s and fried rice. The food itself was good but the woman at the front was extremely rude. I thought I had paid online before I got there and tried to confirm and she just pointed at the card reader and was extremely dismissive the whole time. I’m not looking for a full on convo when I order but have some customer service. There’s a chinese place down the street next to Popeyes, go there if you want good chinese food and an ounce of respect.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! I got a horrible food poisoning after eating the food from this place. I ordered beef with mixed vegetables and white rice, but they gave me fried rice. Actually I was surprised how fast it was for them to make my food this time because it usually takes around 15 minutes for orders to be done, and then I realized why. I had the same food from here one time and it was fine, but this time the sauce of the beef was just weird – it seemed slimy and didn’t look fresh. I had the food around 9pm, and it was pretty much the only thing I had all day. The next morning at 6am, I was woken up by massive stomachache. I had to sprint to the bathroom to throw up, and I saw the fried rice I ate. For the rest of the day, I had to stay in bed because I had a fever over 100 degrees. I was also experiencing fatigue, stomach cramps, and chills. After the whole day of terrible pain, I finally felt better after I woke up this morning. I am still experiencing stomach cramps from time to time, and still have no appetite to consume any food. Before this, I never had food poisoning because my stomach is pretty strong. The food I had from this place must be some leftover for who knows how many days. Gross. Never going back again!

I ordered spare rib tips with deep fried rice and shrimp roll! The spare rib tips were big but they had no sauce on them? The beef fried rice was okay could be better. Overall not that great. 2 and 1/2 stars

They overcharge on the Uber eats app by 4-5 bucks. Example… shrimp and broccoli is $10 there. On the app it’s $14.50. I live in the neighborhood so I know. They also don’t use their own delivery person in order to force you to use the app. The last delivery person they had rear ended my car and turned out, he didn’t have a license. They also did not want to cover the damages. This place is all types of morally corrupt. Could you imagine what other short cuts they make here. Buy at your own risk
