The cashier lady super unprofessional and rude. She curses out the delivery drivers for just simply asking for their pickup orders. Panda house kitchen is super dirty and unsanitary with an infestation of roaches and rats all over. The cashier lady over priced menus with rotten spoiled food giving it to the customer with no care and attitude.

This is the only Chinese restaurant that I would go to whenever I ate Chinese food. However, the experience here with the lady with the glasses is always the same. She must be racist or hateful towards people that are not her own kind because it’s very apparent she speaks under her tongue in her own language right in front of you with a complete attitude because you asked for something and the order is completely wrong. I asked for a pinch extra garlic sauce and they completely turn it to soup. It’s almost out of spite almost as if you’re asking for too much yet you’re paying into that business. This restaurant is disgusting. The attitude is ridiculous, I spoke to the manager who assured me I can go back to the store and I’ll make my order right it’s not about the money I just wanna be able to eat my food I get to the store and that same lady says no she’s not going to do anything and that’s it so I ended up driving back there a second time I do not recommend this Chinese restaurant at all The staff here is disgusting. I own a small business and I would fire anybody who spoke to any customer the way she spoke to me a complete attitude all the freaking time unnecessary customers ask questions and she has an attitude but they happy when they take your money.

I ordered from them for almost 2 years. Unfortunately tonight’s experience made me think twice about ordering from them again. They forgot a part of my order. I called to just see if they’d be willing to send it since it’s not far from me. A no would have been fine. They said their manager normally handles those issues is on the phone and they will call me back. They never did, so I called them. They said their manager is on the phone…AGAIN. I said no problem, I can wait. They then passed it to someone else who said their manager who normally handles this is not in. Now there were multiple excuses and still no order. The food is normally decent but the service is horrible.

I love this place. I’ve been ordering food from here for years. Delivery is super fast (20 min tops) , the food is pretty decent and always hot and tastes good, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. I often order general tsos tofu, which isn’t on the menu, and they never complain. And I like their homemade tea better than any other Chinese place. The staff is overall polite. Prices have shot up quite a bit in the past few years, but I guess that’s everywhere ♀️
