Visited with my family on 6/23 around 9 pm. Worst service ever. Messed up our order 3 times one of the times they gave our food to a different customer. We didn’t get our food till 9:43. Out of my entire order I got 1 item I asked for. The manager had the audacity to say “we can’t have you eating here after 10 by the way” bathrooms were blocked off. My 8 year old was in tears because he had to pee so badly. About 10-15 other people/groups got their food before we did. Very aggravating and there was no “I apologize” just rudeness from the manager. She then went on to tell her colleague that they usually get a rush about that time. So why was nothing available? I’ve worked in the industry myself and I can’t imagine 1. Speaking to customers the way I was spoke to and 2. Not preparing when I know a rush is coming. I’ve been here countless times. Never a single issue. This crew however was terrible. We will not ever be returning.

I love Panda Express, probably my favorite place to eat but sadly today I had a bad experience. I order a bowl with beef broccoli for pick up. But when we got home a and I open it there was only broccoli no even a single peace of beef, I feel like at least they could’ve just let me know that they ran out of beef and give me option to get something else. I try to take it back but they didn’t even put my receipt in the bag. I know is not a 5 star restaurant but they need to get better at they costumer service skills.

Traditional Panda Express. Server was chipper and friendly. They don’t get out on the floor often. 2 pieces of rice on table more on seating bench. Both trash cans were full to the rim. Good communication with employees to each other.

Worst Panda ever. How can the quality be so different than other Pandas? Specifically the Paso one? The food was mushy, tasteless and barely warm. Unimpressed!

I am never ever one to leave bad reviews, but I have never had a good experience with this location. At first I attributed their poor service to being a new location trying to figure out/work out some issues, but now I see it really is just them being incompetent.

I dont know what happened in this panda location but they keep getting worse. they wouldn’t even bother to cook more food in the afternoon even if they still have at least 2 more hours to serve while people are still piling up to order food. They let you choose left overs and many times they dont serve you enough portion like other panda locations maybe cause of bad management or just lazy workers. Sad place might as-well close it down.
