Very rude employee asked me to leave while i was in line for my food even though my dog is a service dog, was in my arms and not making any noise at all. He didn’t even ask me if my dog was a service animal, just right away asked me to step outside. I let him know im not eating there, just want to grab my take out. How can I grab and pay for my food if I immediately have to step out??? He didn’t care. This has never happened before and I’ve always brought my service dog in my arm. Im feeling mentally anguished, upset, frustrated, anxiety, im so upset he ruined my dinner. I used to come here once a week, that will no longer be the case. I’m never returning here. To add insult to injury, there was also another person with a dog in front of me and he didn’t say anything to him. Just terrible.

Service was terrible from the moment I stepped in. The manager was serving in the front, she had a black polo on. She had an insanely bad attitude, if she does not want to be there maybe she shouldn’t be there. The ambiance in there was just really bad it seemed like everybody was ready to get out of there. There was a promotion in the front being advertised and when I got up to the cashier she didn’t even know what I was talking about. It was just a terrible experience for me which is a shame to say because this is my local Panda Express but I will not be returning here if I have a choice. I have nothing to say about the food other than the proportions are rather interesting.

I came on 4/30 and i asked for the cub meal with teriyaki chicken. Got home and only got super greens and chow mein. Service is down bad at this facility! Will not be returning!! To add to that this isnt the 1st,2nd or 3rd time yall needa train your employees properly or dont hire at all!! What they advertise vs what i got this is ridiculous honestly.

Awful service. Every time I come, (once a week)and the only reason I come is because I take my 4yo son to his soccer practice and it’s ion the way and there and he only eats certain foods. If it wasn’t for him I would have stopped coming here since day one.
Rude stuff members in general. They dong greet you, don’t ask if you need any sauces, forget about getting a smile out of them.

I wasn’t really a big fan of panda because of their chow mein, but their Beijing beef is an absolute game changer. It gets extremely packed so it may take a while but the staff is cool and the place is clean.
