This is without doubt the worst Tim Hortons around. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and everytime the food has been terrible. They either serve it cold or microwave it so it’s all soggy and gross.
The staff is also quite unfriendly to say the least.

I would like to bring to your attention ongoing issues at your 6010 Westerville Rd, Westerville, OH 43081 store. Unfortunately, the service at this location has been very disappointing. The staff are often disrespectful, and I frequently receive the wrong coffee or food order.
I believe this is not in line with the Tim Hortons standard of customer service. I respectfully ask that management review this matter and take steps to improve staff training and service quality at this location.

Disgusting! The service we received was just disgusting…that’s the only word I have for it. I am from out of town, but a big fan of Tim Horton’s because I worked at one when I was younger. I asked the woman if they had fruit explosion muffins and she snarkily came back at me like “Um yeah, we’ve never had fruit explosion muffins?” So okay, I asked her what kind of muffins they DID have and she wad like “Um, chocolate chip and blueberry?” I could HEAR the judgment was dripping off of her lips. At that point, I said I’d have nothing else. My husband ordered the new scrambled egg sandwich and a large sweet tea. My husband saw one of the coworkers pour an unsweet tea and try to hand it to her and she said no, handed it back, then got it back from them a moment after. My husband got a sweet tea from Tim Horton’s yesterday too and could immediately tell that they must have just lazily put a pump of sweetener or something in his tea today because it’s not AT ALL the same. In short, don’t go here. Go to a different Tim Horton’s….just yeah – “bad day” or not, there is no excuse for how we were treated here. It’s worth it to drive a bit further and get taken care of. We’re not asking for a lot, just some respect; they don’t offer that here, end of story.

My freind and I came here a couple of days ago, we got coffee she paid and than we left
She noticed her credit card was never given back and she started to get texts saying someone used her credit card…welp it was one of the employees from Tim Hortons!
They tried to lie first and say they didn’t have it and when they were told well police are coming they admitted to having it but not using it
Thiers an investigation going on and police are involved!
Do not go here, if you do make sure you get your card back!

Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no other customer’s in sight midday and no one ever answered. White car in the parking lot but no server inside. Went down the road to the other Tim Hortons and was helped upon arrival. Choose location wisely…..

I ordered through the drive-through and didn’t understand what the gentleman was saying due to him not speaking English, and when I said, I didn’t understand him he got upset. Then once I got to the window and asked him for cream and sugar in my iced coffee, he got upset again And told me I should’ve said something in the drive-through. once I got my coffee I ended up just dumping it out the window cause it was disgusting will not be returning to this Tim Hortons
