I was having a bad day, and lately the coffee places in the area- I’ve had bad experiences with, but not today. The lady at the cash register was so nice and professional, the coffee is delicious, and the donuts seem fresh to me, not squashed and smeared. I really appreciate it- the care for the food and customer service- and I will drive the extra mile to this Tim Hortons.

Employees don’t even know how to correctly make items on their menu (this location has a small menu because of its small footprint) when we told the employees the drinks were wrong they got a very negative attitude and acted like it’s not their fault. How can you work somewhere and not even know how to produce its products? All of these employees need re-training, in a lot of different ways

If I could give you a zero I would!!! You guys NEVER have anything! The one thing that I WAS able to order and get was old dry and hard as far as the hash brown went that I just ordered. They have decent donuts and sandwiches but they’re so hit or miss with service and food items being in stock. I think the service a managerial issue because service is almost always lousy regardless of who is working there. If they weren’t local I would honestly never go here.

This place is so odd. They’re always out of stuff and messing up. My husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They say they don’t have croissants (or cheese). They ask if they can put it on a bagel. He says yes. He gets to the window and they give him an egg and BACON sandwich (not sausage) on a RAISIN bagel like what? They’re literally just throwing together whatever they can find back there and hoping the customer is fine with it. Another time we got a sandwich with just sausage lol. They’re really bad.

They are sometimes open. Don’t go there between 5-6am because they will have all the lights on and menu but they will just ignore you. Honestly would have gotten 1 star but the blond lady that usually works there is awesome. The place would be shut down if it wasn’t for her. I hope she’s the manager or at least gets a raise for keeping this store in existence. Most of the time she’s there by herself serving everyone.
