We went there and they were finishing lunch rush through the drive though and in the lobby, with only 4 people working. They were very friendly and were quick to take our order. They messed up my order because of a misunderstanding with my boyfriends order. I took it up and showed them that it was not what I ordered. They apologized and quickly gave me a replacement entree for the one I ordered. They did their absolute best for there only being 4 people and they did a great job with customer service and satisfaction.

Terrible experience (food poisoning). I went there yesterday about 3:30. They were out of several items and it looked like they only had two people working and they didn’t look very happy. I got the orange chicken and sizzling shrimp. The portions were small. On top of all that I got food poisoning. I was up all night and as I’m typing this my stomach still hurts. Save yourself the misery and go to a different location.

If I could give them No stars I would unfortunately I when I visit panda I don’t pay enough attention to the items To know them by sight and name so when I ordered I called the items by what ever was on the tag it wasn’t untill I got my food that I realized it was the wrong food so when I Brought it up to Leslie the manager after literally arguing with her about who’s fault it was she finally just scooped out the wrong food out of my tray put it back on top of the other food to be serverd to new quest she used the same plate and served me the sesame chicken my wife was not in line to witness any of this so after her eating for 15 minutes she said it was spicy for some reason which was caused by some of the left over juices from the wrong food I brought this up to another female employee who’s name I cannot remember (it’s a very uncommon rare name ) she said they could not do anything about it nor would Leslie .. I almost forgot to mention that the orange chicken may have been sitting there for who knows how long cause it was extremely hard to the point were it was just like eating corn nuts I don’t know if Leslie is just haveing a rough day or if this is always her attitude unfortunately it was the first time I ever dealt with her and she will forever leave this memory in my mind of how She treated me a paying customer . This used to be such a friendly well run restaurant before they had to close down for the fire In the photos even 20 minutes later after eating some of our food the food bar still has miss named items on the table also in the top left corner of the sesame chicken there is a hot pepper left over from when the wrong food was scooped out of the plate

Our lady of difficult choices must be the patron Saint of this restaurant. I ordered a bowl with a side of vegetable, asked for everything to be put in one plate as we were eating inside. Efren, the manager, had a fit and said that could not be done, resulting in my meal having 3 plates…. What a waste. When my wife ordered the sesame chicken without the vegetables he had another fit and went on to rudely explain that her portion would have to be smaller. Why not just do it the way it was requested without the commentary.

Placed an online order due for 820. Arrived at the time told by online and order was more than 25 minutes late. Other people that came after waited and left and i was still waiting. Had 6 people on staff. If online times cannot be met. Times need to be adjusted. At this rate i could’ve picked up my order in Maricopa and had it by the time i arrived.

Almost 2 hours before they closed today we received horrible service. We asked if they had more teriyaki chicken we were told no and they aren’t making any more. We asked about fried rice and we were told they aren’t making anymore. They made us feel very uncomfortable and as if we were inconveniencing them. The food we did receive made us sick. I don’t think these people should be in food service at all with their attitudes and overall quality.
