I love panda and go all the time! This was my first time coming to this panda though. I got my food and was sadly very disappointed with the quality of my honey sesame chicken. It was over cooked and had zero sauce. I debated back and forth, but then finally decided to go show it to them and the worker was so sweet and so quick to get me a new serving of honey sesame! I was super impressed and was very grateful.

Inconsistent. Ive only ever gone here twice, both times got a black pepper sirloin bowl with rice. The first time I came here last month, I got like 8-10 pieces of sirloin and it was delicious and filling. I came here this past weekend, got 3 tiny pieces of oddly chewy sirloin while the bowl was like 95% rice. Im a small female and was still starving after finishing it. Not enough protein for a meal.

The food was great and my husband and I enjoyed the meal. But I was not impressed with how the worker handled our order. We had three coupons. Two of which didn’t include making a purchase and one that did include that we make a purchase. We were following the rules of the coupons. And the worker almost wasn’t going to let use them. He went and talked to his manager, which I do appreciate him checking. But the way he acted before that, I didn’t appreciate. He seemed like he wanted to fight against me using my coupons. Turned out he just had to run them in separate transactions. After we paid and sat down we noticed that the worker didn’t give us a fortune cookie or any napkins. There wasn’t any napkins out on the tables or by the drink machine.

Their food quality has gone way down, the teriyaki chicken is rotten almost every time I go in and the fried foods have become soggy and over sauced. I’m not exactly sure what’s going on but its all gone to crap, sadly..

2 years later. I’ve ordered from them a few times since but this seems to be a persistent problem. This new picture. I don’t know what happened to the first picture. My dish I order was supposed to have mushroom chicken with the sweet fire chicken and noodles. As you can see it’s missing. Same EXACT issue as the original review. I don’t understand. How hard is it to fill an order correctly? Down to 2 stars. Not sure if I will ever order from here again.

Seriously? So lame. Make sure you watch them put the stuff in the containers or you may end up disappointed and charged for something you didn’t get.

I show up after my gorgeous session on brightons resort, so excited to eat at my favorite place. They’re still open when I arrive, and boom. They say they’re not making anymore food. I simply asked since your open can you please make some more? They declined saying they were closing soon and that was all for tonight. If you have set hours, then I think you should make food for those hours. Very unpleasant experience. Never again.

Chicken, rice and broccoli were not done. Raw and disgusting! Big cut pieces of green cabbage was thrown in there. 3 times in 6 months at different locations. I’m done with Panda Express.

Your Uber Eats driver do not work for Panda Express. We do not fill the drinks for your customers and seal the drinks. This is the job of Panda Express employee, not the Uber Eats Driver. Please do not hand us an empty cup and expect us to fill the drinks for you. Please have this addressed ASAP.
