I don’t Normally review, but I go to this Dunkin a lot Because it’s on the way to my way to my boyfriends work in the morning and this is a reoccurring issue I got two loaded hashbrowns today with extra bacon and extra cheese. They constantly charge me for the extra Bacon and cheese, but never give me the cheese. I tried calling four times this morning and they have yet to even answer the call. They took their phone off the line. The one time I waited in line for 15 minutes for my order to be wrong. I live all the way in Louisville So by the time that I already got home from Hubbard and I realize my food is yet again wrong, All I’m going to do is going to be able to call and they don’t even answer their phone, It is outrageous how poorly the service can be in the morning

The coffee and the service is amazing. I stopped here after getting an undrinkable coffee at another location down the turnpike. Worker did not hesitate to make it right. Did I mention the coffee was perfect—hot, fresh, 3 creams, 2 sugars—just like I ordered. Thanks Hubbard Dunkin!! We will be back next time we are driving thru.

The guy that took my order , 1st was super rude, to me and the couple infront of me. I ordered 4 wakeup wraps and a coffee with 4 pumps of vanilla. I thought the bill was high. I received 4 sandwiches and 5 pumps. Simple task take order . The guy didnt listen to anything. He should probably go be a door greater. Bad management for sure.

Coffee was cool and tasted burned , no vanilla or caramel was added even thought I mentioned during ordering. The hash browns weren’t even in the bag which i found out after I was already driving on rt.80. The bagels were cold and seem not even toasted.
I was not even able to get in touch with anyone on phone even after holding on phone for long time.
There were no online support either.

The sad news is that we did not get 2 eggs on the sourdough sandwich but I did get the best Drink in am living it was the new chocolate strawberry refresher it was fantastic the service excellent! The food fantastic if you want a good one go to this one 10/10 ☕

I’m not sure what’s happened here but I’ve given them 3 chances and they’ve yet to provide quality food or hot drinks. This time I’ve got half cooked bacon, 4 hash rounds in the bag, snack wraps that aren’t even warm, cheese isn’t even melted and a latte that’s half full, taste like syrup and to top it off they park me for this order with not one car behind me.
Look at the photos I’m not making this up or exaggerating the quality of food. Coffee in my Yeti that qas made at 530AM was was warmer than this fresh cup.
I’m tired of calling it doesnt make a difference, as they act like you’re being demanding irrational customer for expecting quality food. Save your money go to another location, this one is a total waste of money. I’m done throwing away $18 on food that isn’t worth $5. Their prices are now comparable to Starbucks too bad their quality doesnt compare. Guess napkins are optional here too or cups that the lids fit.
Good thing they are located by a truck stop, plenty of new one time customers but this local girl will not be back. You can get a better cup of coffee or food at Truck World’s Shell station.
As a FYI I called corporate customer service last visit after the last visit and being told their food was made to quality standards. Corporate said that the owner of this location or manager would call me back within 3 days. Never received that call.

I don’t normally write reviews but the attitude of the gentleman here and the teenager who made my drink just now was disgraceful. I drink iced macchiatos from dunkin as much as I change my infant. Literally several times a day. They always look exactly the same no matter what location I get them from. Espresso on the top oat milk on bottom, unstirred. I said to the young lady at the window whom was actually very pleasant “let me just taste it because the color is off” the man came over and asked if something was wrong I proceeded to tell him after I took my sip that my drink was wrong as it’s normally completely black on top and white on bottom as it should be and something was off. He said so you want more espresso, I said it tastes like just oat milk he said SO YOU WANT MORE ESPRESSO. Grabbed my drink came back color still off and said in the future it’ll be an extra $3. As I pulled up a simple google stock photo of how my drink looks EVERY SINGLE TIME I get it he still proceeded to argue before I drove off.

I don’t know what happened to this location.. my coffee is always disgusting, tastes old and burnt. For almost 4$ for a drink you should be making sure you’re providing fresh coffee to your customers. I’m done wasting my money at this location.

Came in today 2/6/2026 order number 6110 Two medium iced coffees and a half dozen of brownie batter heart doughnuts. Male with green hair tie drops a entire stack of clear cups on the floor. Should throw them away, right? No, we as a team all watch this guy pick up the cups and put them in the rack and as a team all continue to serve customers. Team members trying to wipe dirt from cup lids before serving customers. . Will not be back till some improvements are made with regards as in customer food hygiene. I at 49 was flabbergasted at the total disregard for the cleanliness of the product that we consume without ever knowing.

This Dunkin is constantly getting my order wrong and leaving things out! I place walk in orders well in advance and half the time my order isn’t ready at the kiosk to pick up. This morning I got half of what I ordered! They never answer the phone either to rectify the issue!
