They had alot of cups with flavors inside for milkshakes prenade under the table on a lower shelf. Very unsanitary. Employees slow to take orders and not taking proper protocol to handle food items. Very unorganized environment. Milkshake was too soft from the beginning and they are supposed to behard as a rock.

Fast and fresh. Get tbe basket for the best deal. The Cajun fries are great here. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken, quesadillas, shakes…. cheering side hits the spot with their burgers. Love to stop at COOKOUT while out on the road.

Food was fantastic, where the problems have been is with the staff. Specifically the night crew, for some reason these people have screwed up my order twice now. I would clearly tell them my order, burger, with chili, cheese, etc. they would continue asking for sides and a drink. Tell me my order total, which sounds correct, since I get the same thing every time. They hand me my bag and drink and when I open my bag to eat what I ordered it is something completely different. Tonight was 2 hot dogs and chicken nuggets. Definitely not a double cheese burger, cheese curds, and a wrap. Probably will not be visiting this location ever again.

Went through drive through and ordered 1 hot dog with mustard, onions and slaw. Ordered another with chili and ketchup and onion rings. Got home to find the one that should have had mustard, onion and slaw had lettuce, tomato and a touch of slaw. Looked at the ticket and that was how the cashier the order. Apparently, cashier can’t read. Smh.

All who care should look into this particular location, which needs immediate attention. I don’t want to post some photos I took of burned patties and crispy fries. The outside windows are really dirty, some in lot’s of ketchup.
I love Cook Out; it reminds me of In & Out on the West Coast. At some cookouts you want more, but at this location, no thanks. Being a manager myself, I see the management at fault for this predicament.

Every night I buy from the restaurant a grilled chicken sandwich with a fruit drink and some potatoes. I just wanted to say that it is very delicious. I am now addicted to this meal. I ordered just a spicy chicken sandwich with hush puppies , I wish I was kidding but it was RAW I took one bite and it tasted funny I looked at it and it looked odd so I cut it open and the chicken patty was raw I was going to go back with the sandwich but it was late and we didn’t have time I ended up throwing up the hush puppies just cause I was so grossed out I’m definitely not coming back!!

Late-Night Convenience
I don’t go to Cook Out often, but every now and then, it’s a solid choice—especially when we’re tired and haven’t cooked.
I got a Cook Out Tray with a regular burger, Cajun fries, and hushpuppies. The burger was excellent—juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the hushpuppies were overcooked, which was a bit disappointing.
One downside for me is that whatever they cook in bloats my stomach, so it’s not something I can eat often. That said, they’re one of the few places open after 10 PM, so the convenience keeps them on my radar.
