Let me say, my mom told me years ago she didn’t like Freddy’s; so I never went. I was also told that restaurants have high turnover. Anyways, I tried Freddy’s for the first time yesterday and it was AMAZING. I got the chicken tendies and fries, claimed my free double steak burger through the app. I would definitely come back to Freddy’s.

Friendly service and good food! In fact, best burger when compared to Sonic, Culver’s, or any other fast-food joint. I’m from Florida and have never had Freddy’s – this was my first time and it was GOOD!!!! The highlight was the shoestring fries with the jalapeño fry sauce! Yum!

I am a transplant to Michigan and have never heard of Freddy’s before. The only way I can explain it is, If Culver’s had a child with Steak and Shake.. Freddy’s is that child. The food was amazingly juicy, fresh and came out fast! The sauces are delicious as well. Got so full we didn’t have time to try the custard. Will be back for sure!

Clean, tasty, but very quiet at this location. I’ve only come here twice before and both times there were barely anyone inside apart from the staff.

First time coming here, Aside remaining small communications issues with ordered my food due to the fact that they’re loud speaker as right next to a highway the ordering process went well in the guy suddenly changed his tone of voice once he heard I was a new customer for the 1st time. I got my food it was hot and his ordered as I did the Burger was greasy as krapp. Not trying to be mean about it but too much grease for me. Also the way how it’s kind of just thrown in the Box doesn’t look very nice either. For a first time customer you guys aint doing much in pressing. Ashley knows if I’ll ever be back maybe….. Maybe not

Found this “new” restaurant by accident after our sport event in Sparta, MI. Apparently there are only 4 Freddy’s locations in Michigan . Inside decor reminds me of Steak ‘N Shake , similar but not the same. Their menu selections are kind of combination between Culver’s and Steak ‘N Steak, but the taste and food quality are way much better ❤️. Love everything .. the fries, the burgers, the chicken tenders, the hotdogs, and specially the frozen custard concretes ❤️. Hands down . My favourite frozen custard concrete is one and only “PBC n B Concrete” with additional toppings: Salted Caramel and Cherry ❤️. Never tried to order from drive-thru, we always dined in, several times in different days . Service is fast and customer service is great too . Love Freddy’s!!! I wish we have in Holland, MI . It’s ok, it’s worth the drive

It’s a really tasty fast food chain that cooks crispy edged smash burgers with amazing shoe string fries.
Freddys reminds me of what steak n shake once was. Good shakes too but the highlight is the burger no doubt. A little on the pricey side for fast food though so the value is questionable.
