We arrived at 5:30pm and instead of seeing fresh food, they had dried out old stuff. They acknowledged the food was old and did make our choices fresh. They also locked the doors at 6pm and opened the drive up only.

It’s fast food. The lady who took my order was beyond friendly, service was fast, and food looks delicious. I was skeptical when I saw negative reviews but at least for me, it was as good as it gets for drive thru.

Food was hot. Portions was good. Quiet dinning. Specialty drink was good, but expensive. Coupons in app saves very little. So if you don’t have the app, you are not missing much.
I think they need to come down on their price by $2.
The ingredients were good, however the texture of the mushroom chicken, makes me wonder if it was chicken or some other animal meat.
Overall the honey chicken and fried rice was good.

My girlfriend (who is bilingual) wanted to order chicken egg rolls but the kitchen staff said they were out. The kitchen staff began communicating with each other in Spanish who lied they had egg rolls but didn’t want to cook any more of them. Mind you this was 8:30 at night and they close at 10.
Are we serious, guys? This type of laxadazical customer service is pathetic and a disservice to your customers.

This place needs new management or staff. It’s been months my boyfriend and I have tired to get panda express between 8:30-9 (over an hour before closing). Each time they have been out almost everything. One time they did not have any white rice or fried rice, this most recent time they were out of multiple main proteins. We haven’t been able to get any food over the course of a few months of attempting.

I’ve never experienced a happy employee here. They are always in a hurry and always make me feel rushed. Every single time we have to wait “7 minutes for teriyaki chicken” and we always seem to wait 20. The food is good and reasonable on price but the staff is depressing. If you order the beef and broccoli, be ready for just broccoli, literally two pieces of meat

The manager was outstanding. The manager came out and talked to us while we were eating our food and made sure we were totally satisfied . Not only did we get our 10% military discount but the manager gave us all free egg rolls and thanked us for service to our country. The food was hot fresh and outstanding
