Placed an online order at 11:00AM, since they open at 10:30. Arrived at 11:15 am, and hadn’t received a confirmation yet. At 11:30 I decided to try and enter and the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru and the first thing that was said was “it will be another 30 minutes we are still making food”. I let them know I just wanted to cancel my online order at this point. They offered to cancel on their end but said it would be easier through the app. When I asked if they could just cancel it on their end, the staff was very rude and said “actually we can’t cancel it on our end you’ll have to call customer service, sorry have a good day”.

The food is good. I visit regularly with my husband but the customer service is AWFUL. They all look like they don’t wanna be there and they’re rude if you try to talk to them. One time we ordered a kids’ menu and they made us pay for water even though the menu did not specify that it was an up charge. All we wanted for our kid was a small fountain drink or a juice and they didn’t even offer that which is included in the menu. Really terrible customer service.

Inedible meal despite being picked up around early afternoon. I’d understand if maybe the food got somewhat mushy, burnt, over saturated in old oil, or went a little bad by the end of the night; however, I made a midday trip to pick up a meal for a group of people and my friend had a terrible experience after trying the food. I also felt sick afterwards, but we ultimately elected to ditch bringing the two bigger meals for lunch due to how utterly putrid the meat, veggies, rice, and chow mein were. Nothing redeemable could be found, and that’s saying something because I usually search for the positive in these food experiences! Fast food joints have potential sometimes, but this one consistently drops the ball each visit. Do not come here, try a different location!

The food is good. I love the taste of the honey walnut shrimp, but with the bowl I got only 7 shrimps and 4 tiny bits of walnut and they charge extra for this item totally $10. Unbelievably expensive!!!

The food had been obviously sitting in the containers for a very long time they also didn’t clean out the containers ..as they replaced/ made new food. Unfortunately, the girl couldn’t even be friendly and say hello. She wiped her nose and asked me what I wanted. I have worked in restaurants my entire life. The uncleanliness and lack of fresh food was really over the top. I guess the quality of Panda Express is gone down the last time I got it in Longmont I actually got food poisoning. Not all locations are bad…..

Worst Service!!! Do not know how to Treat Customers.. Drive Thru teller Told me if I wanted something on the Menu to go home and cook it myself ! They stopped cooking at 7:00 o’clock even tho they are open till nine .THIS Locations always has had bad service but not Rude… Now it has rude employees and bad service!!!! Then the Girl tried to make it seem that I was the problem because I asked for the number for corporate and she also told … You got your food already why do you want corporate’s number For.. I told her because they are supposed to have a full menu and and not close the lobby so early… Done giving the location chances… This location needs to go A.I and get rid of these lousy employee’s.. If Doing their job is to much for them to handle and they need to find another job or go on welfare!

I have been to many panda express locations and most are good…the one on ken pratt has the most rude staff! Its like they are a gang of rude people will make fun of you in Spanish…I should tell you that I’m 3rd generation from Mexico so its not race its disrespectful behavior of the staff..I do have to recommend the Brighton location of excellent service

I visit this location pretty regularly. The food is usually good but the customer service needs serious attention. I don’t understand why the customers ordering online and in the drive thru are given priority over the customers standing in line. I waited in line for 10 minutes today with only one other person in front of me. We were both ignored while the employees actively prepared orders for pick up and drive through. It seems like the only customers who get “Express” service are the people too lazy to go in the door.
