Came in wanting Panda. I got noodles orange chicken broccoli beef and a egg roll plate. They didn’t have the cabbage mix when I placed the order. Before I paid for the order I noticed they had put this mix out. So I asked if I could get some in a container. The young man said that he couldn’t do that without saying why not. Nasty attitude. He just walked away. It was not like I wasn’t going to pay for it. Since I hadn’t checked out. So I politely said thank you and left without purchasing anything. I went across the parking lot and got Pappas Barbecue. Never again Panda should you let money walk out the door! Customers know what they want and are willing to pay for it!

I went there for the first time for t-mobile Tuesday. They were offering the orange chicken bowl for 50% off so I decided to try it. I also ordered the beef and broccoli bowl which was full of rice to where I only got a little beef and broccoli. I’ll never go back again and the only reason I went there from the get go was T-mobile Tuesday.

Everything went well here. Just wanted to find somewhere to sit and have some food. When I walked in there was not much people inside which was good but after like 5 minutes there was a very big line. It can get busy quickly. Took a little bit to have my order but I enjoyed my orange chicken and white rice with a side of sesame chicken. I’ll be back to Panda Express.

The Hispanic lady at pick up order section was helpful but they need to working on their system bc when I bought online but for some reason it didn’t show up my order on the system. I had to show her the receipt (my email)

The orange chicken had entirely to much orange glaze on it. The food I had wasn’t really hot, it was warm. my order is what I always get when I go to Panda Express and that’s not often. I feel my daughter wasted her money at that particular Panda Express.

My daughter just received the poorest customer service ever! She actually lives Panda Express (crosstimbers location) a lot! The store mixed up her order and when the issue was identified they made no effort of satisfying the customer! She even asked to her money back because she was so dissatisfied but the crew member was dismissive and rude! Boo Boo tomatoes tomatoes

I brought my son here as it’s his favorite place. He wanted orange chicken and vegetable lo mean. Come to find out, they were out of the lo mein and said it would be atleast a ten minute wait. We were in a hurry so couldn’t wait so now he’s sad and we’re off to find somewhere else. I wish they were better prepared.
