just had a very disappointing experience today. I politely asked several times (around five times!) if I could get the fresh roast pork that was hanging, not the older one they were chopping. Instead of responding or acknowledging me, the staff completely ignored my request and continued chopping without saying a single word.
As a paying customer, I believe I deserve at least a polite response — even just a simple “sorry ma’am, we can’t” would have been fine. But to be ignored repeatedly was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I hope the management trains their staff to be more attentive and respectful to customers, because good food should always come with good service.

8/4/2023 @ 8:45am. Don’t like the fact that yesterday’s duck is same price as today’s duck. 9/28 @ 5:45pm. All the good dim sums are sold out. BBQ baked bun has lots of fillings. Shrimp ball is large. Everything else is not as tasty after it has been on shelf for hours. Prices are cheaper than restaurants.

The dim sum section opens @ 8 am & the BBQ section opens @ 9am.
The dim sum was fresh and delicious. The baked pork buns are awesome as well. However, some of the staff speak limited English but overall the staff are helpful and courteous. Also, they only accept cash.

They don’t let customers see where the meat is cut. They take other meat behind the counter and cut it for the customers. The shop is not clean. The person cutting the meat doesn’t wear gloves.

Terrible Terrible customer service and food quality! Avoid coming here as their food quality is going downhill people.
My mom went to this store yesterday for 2lbs of roasted pork, and they were horribly stinky, unpleasant to eat as the taint still there (from older pigs)
despite the freshness they made, it came from the pig itself but these staff have no knowledge and arguing back and ford when we asked for refund and bring them back the pork. They refused the money return and insist of replacing with a half duck. My mom literally argued with them for 15 mins as they trying to exchanging a cheaper version (the half duck, not even the whole duck) then finally to come in term with replacing the pork. But it wasn’t as fresh but at least it is not stinky. This has been happening 3 times from us. So goodbye to this place now.
Suggestions to owner: train your stuff to respect your customers, people dont drive all the way back to return something for no good reason. Also to train them to be able to differentiate between male pig (older pig) as it tend to be extremely stinky even after it was cooked.

Great takeout dim sum place. Full assortment of dim sum offerings. Shrimp dumplings, steamed pork buns, fish porridge, chow mein, lotus wrapped sticky rice, etc. My favorite is the Chinese style fried chicken. Marinating the chicken before frying makes a world of difference, its so good Colonel Sanders would cry. Attached to the dim sum store is a section that sells Asian BBQ…roast duck, roast pork, etc.

Good variety of dimsum at affordable prices. We had some wonton, siewmai, hagao (shrimp dumplings) and fried noodles. The food was good but more American-sized and quite large. Only very few tables but most people take the food to-go. Will come back to try their roasted meats!

Open at 8am but not ready to take order for the BBQ pork or roast duck no butcher working. I been waiting for 15 minutes and still no butcher working. Bad business practice. Long line and no working serving customers. Do not come and wait for this type of food service.

I got ripped off today. Normally the roast duck is excellent however today was different. I picked out a duck hanging by the window. This time the butcher takes the duck behind the metal chopping block station and does a switch – a- roo. He pretends to chop a few times and swaps the duck I picked out with a pre chopped one in a box.
When I got home, that’s when I realized that my suspicions were correct. Most of the pieces were fatty without any meat. Most tasted really salty as well. Most of the family members that tried it also mentioned it was extremely fatty and salty.
Normally I don’t leave reviews like this since the ducks here are normally great but I felt scammed.
