Food tasted pretty uncooked. We haven’t had Panda Express in a while and we got excited. Not anymore. The food was a little overpriced. Chowmein and no flavor whatsoever and was dry, fried rice was pretty much the same. Flavor was lacking everywhere!!!! Kind of disappointed in this place. We’re from Dallas trying to travel. And like I said we were excited. Do NOT go to this location.

Horrible service!!!!! Employees very rude along with their boss!! Rushing you to order when the food isn’t fresh, with flies flying around the food. My experience was terrible with this franchise store #3511 and when I asked the so call GM for a number to contact because of the store lousy and rude customer service I was told that they don’t have one and if I wanted to find one I would have to google it and find it myself!!!! Well Mr James GM of store #3511 this is my way of googling a number to make a complaint or grievance for your behavior and choice of words I’ll leave a review for anyone that googles your location so they will see the service you provide and train your employees to provide… I hope whoever owns this franchise location see this review and reach out to me so they can follow up with this situation and complaint

The food was good…what they still had. Half of the serving bar was empty. When I asked for an entree that they hadn’t refilled yet, the server asked the cook how long it would be. The reply he got was “if she wants it, I’ll cook it but it will be 5 minutes”. I changed my mind because I didn’t want to wait. The server told the cook I changed my mind but told him he could cook it anyway because it was empty. My thought was, why was it empty in the 1st place and he was only going to cook it because I requested it? They were nowhere near closing time. Then, they were out of napkins, so I mentioned it to them and asked for some. They said they only had the napkin in the togo plastic ware packages. Maybe their supply truck hadn’t run yet… but they should be more prepared for servicing their customers.

When we ordered, the string bean chicken was out, which was fine, because I was told up front there would be a 5 min wait. But then our other order was made and left on the tray, to get cold while we stood there and waited (should have given us everything else, let us pay, and bring that one part out). When we got it, the supergreens were almost yellow (old?).

Our food was good, ” hot” which is not the case at some Pandas. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Servers were fast and friendly. I would eat there again if near.

We were super excited when they first came to town but the quality of the food has been underwhelming. The worst part though is you’d think that online ordering would make pickup faster yet I’ll arrive after putting in an order 20 minutes ahead and the order isn’t started until I get there. People who were last in line and or arrived after I did and ordered at the counter get their food before I do… Simply disappointing.

I purchased plate with rice, orange chicken and Beijing steak. Steak seemed to be fried, so hard, could not eat, orange chicken was hard also. Portions were so small. Will not be returning

My food was cold, the orange chicken was not fully cooked thru. Still pink in the middle . The shrimp was not even battered it’s like they threw old food in my plate. The rice was hard and cold!

Walked in order my sons plate. My wife asked the girl how long it would it take to cook more walnut shrimp. She said 2 minutes then left the station to meet her friends that brought her what look like a smoothe. We wait 5 minutes and the manager finally walked out and asked what she was doing and she replied waiting on shrimp. The manager told her why there is 2 whole bowls ready to serve. She walked back up to her station the same time 2 other women walked in and she proceeded to tell them to come on and get in front of us. So we just left. I been to a lot of Pandas around the world and this one has the worst attitude ever. Not getting my money ever.

Can’t say enough about this place. Thr two entrees today were orange chicken…yes…and chicken something..thr something had a wee bit of a kick but grand! Orange chicken was more tender and fresh taste. I refried my rice when I got home because it was somewhat dried out by thr time we ate. Otherwise delicious fast and thr employees were on top of things!
