Had to wait for food to be prepared. They’re out of most things. Girl named “T” waited on us. Unfriendly. Hard to understand. Doesn’t speak loud enough to hear her. Music too loud in the store. My food sitting getting cold while my husband waited and waited for his food. Annoying experience.

I had door dash delivered Panda Express, for some reason it choose hurstbourne location. 1 st try whole order was left out, 2nd try orange chicken was tiny pebbles. It was like they forgot the chicken. I called the restaurant and lady stated, we were really slammed. You food suck, your service sucks.

I’ve not been to this restaurant very often, so I’m not able to vouch for the experience at this location (or Panda Express in general) throughout the day. However, I ordered a significant amount of items through the drive-thru at 7pm today. The experience at the order box was very smooth. The person taking my order was polite, helpful, and patient with me while I determined what I wanted. At the order box and the window alike, the experience was friendly, fast, and fabulous. My food is hot and amazing. Thank you Alicia (the one who took and processed my order at the drive thru) and whomever else was at this location for doing such a great job!

Got a drink with hardly any ice. Asked employee if I could get some more ice. The employee gave me a rude look and instead of taking my drink back to fill up with more ice he went and filled another cup up with ice and attempted to hand it to me. I asked him if he could take both cups and get me a new one, as I didn’t want to mix it in my car and he refused and asked me to take my lid off where he proceeded to pour the ice into my cup. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable!

I can honestly say this is the MOST DISAPPOINTING MEAL I’VE EVER PURCHASED. I under that we are approaching inflation but the antics this location is using to cut back on portions is HORRIBLE!! I ordered a plate and received 8 pieces of Honey sesame chicken and what should have been ChowMein but as you can see I WAS GIVEN A PLATE FULL OF FILLER VEGETABLES so the restaurant can save on food I assume. I DID NOT ORDER VEGETARIAN OR VEGETABLES BUT THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THIS LOCATION. SHAME!

The customer service is terrible, the guy gave us twice less than any other panda anywhere in US. We got 2 plates, but the servings were half a size, and I wamted angus steak, he put just vegetables in there and when I asked why the portions so small, he was rude and said that’s all I get.

was on a doordash. I waited patiently for the two people to be helped before me. Then I ask of my doordash is ready to the order seemingly preparing online orders. She just kinda walks back to the back and ignores me. So then they start serving everyone who walked in after me. This is when I start to get kinda annoyed and ask the main cashier if it was ready because at this point all the main entrees listed have been grabbed by the other lady. She rudely exclaims that if it was ready it’d be sitting over there. It would’ve been nice to know that instead of just letting me sit there for minutes on end and proceeding to serve customers that came in after me and getting snappy at me when I ask about the status of my order?? oh sod off. Least you could do is update me on the order.
