I am usually pretty satisfied at this location but lately things in my opinion are not up to par…I ordered a philly, philly combo w/wings, and fried shrimp combo. The shrimp combo was ok..but both of my philly’s were bland, soggy, and over cooked with overdone bread. Aside from the salty wings, the fries were the best part by far. Choose your meal wisely, and please inspect b4 u leave this establishment ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Hole in the wall place with amazing food! Ordered the 5 piece wing meal with salad. Food was prepared perfect. Presentation was great! Salad was full of veggies and topped with chicken and shredded cheese. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely adore the food at this place! Their mango habanero, lemon pepper dry and mild wings are a flavor explosion, and the Cajun ranch fries are a perfect complement. The fried rice and Philly are must-tries; the entire menu is incredibly scrumptious. Having been here multiple times, I appreciate the open kitchen concept – watching the preparation of my meal adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend indulging in the delightful offerings!

Paid $35.00 for 2 meals.. hamburger bun heated In the microwave just rubbery. Chicken wings over cooked. I see why they say no refunds. They know the food is not good. Don’t go to the one on Norman bridge Rd.

I always get their mild wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and sprinkle a little season salt over my fries. I haven’t had an issue with my order being wrong or not ready in a timely manner. They can work on their cashiers customer service skills but other than that the food is great. Call in orders are welcome and always prepared by the time you arrive. I will recommend them and will continue going

We decided to Uber Eats from American Deli and I made the mistake of selecting the one on Norman Bridge Road. When we received the Reuben, it has two slices of corned beef on soggy marbled bread. The fries were white as a ghost and wiggled when I picked them up. The Philly cheese looked okay but was undercooked and also soggy, with uncooked fries. I NEVER complain. I am a 4 or 5 star reviewer if service is good and people try!! We drove to American Deli on Vaughn, with all the food with us to confirm our feedback and misbelief. The cook and customer service representative were in agreement and appalled. We ordered the same from Vaughn American Deli and received meals which were cooked and made appropriately enough to be served to the public.
If you are going to order from American Deli, go to Vaughn. Working on a refund now but have gotten the run around so will try again tomorrow. I do not like to leave negative reviews but the food and service were not good. Hoping that training and continuous improvement are taken into account. With some hard work and managerial attention, it can be great. I apologize if it was just a difficult night for the staff but the food was unacceptable.
