Love this place. It’s a small chain, but I’ve only ever been to the location outside of Warriors Path State Park in Kingsport, TN.

Most awesome drive thru – puts McDonalds speed, service, price and quality to shame. Should be used as a case study in business school complete with amazing eye catching restaurant design. Definitely a destination goal if you haven’t been there yet! Only in Tennessee! Delicious seasoning on the fries similar to Old Bay.

Food is always excellent for southern service food. They have unique menu excellent milkshakes even if there’s a line down the street it doesn’t take you long to get through that’s normal. It’s like a little icon local food place in the Tri-Cities area. It’s a must try.

5/6 times I have ordered a hamburger they get it wrong. At the pick up window I ask is it correct? Nope. How hard is it to make a hamburger with only mayo. I guess impossible for Pals cause they put all the other stuff on….only leaving off the mayo. Hello Mayo only means no onions and no pickles no cheese no chili no nothing.

Fasted Drive thru I have ever been to. Went during lunch time when there was a line of six cars ahead of us and we were there for less than five minutes. Burgers and fries were yummy. Dip the fries in your chocolate shake ☺️

Food was OK. Service was fast, although it took them a while to get me change (I think they may prefer cards rather than cash). Line moved pretty fast. You seem to pay for the name rather than quality or quantity of food. Not sure I’d go back.
