Customer service was awful. I walked in the door and asked do you have any slices ready? The owner told me yes. After I paid he told me it’d be about 10-20 minutes. I told him I asked you if you had slices ready because I’m on my lunch break and needed to just get the slices and leave. He assured me. Don’t worry, they’ll be right out. 10 minutes go by. I check on him, they haven’t even began cooking them yet. This guy was worried about everything but getting me the slices. I paid for them and never got a refund. Your welcome for my donation. My husband brought home this pizza for the first time tonight. We all loved it! I am a New Yorker, so that’s saying something! My husband said the staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back. Normally we take a picture of the pizza before eating it but it was so good, we ate almost all of it up before taking a picture! Thank you!!

I ordered around 9:20 after I called a couple other places that were closing within the hour and I could tell by thier tone they did not want to make any more food. Honestly I never considered Palmers because the reviews aren’t the best. I wad pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of im assuming the owner and the quality of the pizza and the pride he took in his business. For whomever had a subpar experience with this place in the past I suggest to give it another try . It was a solid pizza with excellent service. I will definitely be back.

This is my new pizza place,. My husband loves the fries from a pizza shop I’m not fond of. Been searching for a place that pleases us both. Finally found it! The French fries were perfectly crispy and never got soggy. We both agreed the pizza was great. And there are so many options on the menu that I can’t wait to try. They are two minutes from my house so I picked it up and found out they also sell ice cream. Not soft serve, but the kind they scoop out of deep buckets. And they had my favorite, mint chocolate chip!

Had a deal for 5.99 for 2 or more medium pizzas. It was a great deal as they are usually 10.99 each! It was also hot and delicious! Will be going back again! Love the deals, no other pizza shop has better deals!
