This place does an excellent job of bringing you the feel of a Mexican ice cream shop here in the states. The rich, smooth flavors of their fresh ice cream will have you coming back for more. The water based ice cream hints at the freshness of the fruits and vegetables used whereas the milk based ice creams scream of their silky smoothness. It’s currently 15° outside and I’m craving this delicacy just thinking about it. Mmmm….

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced in an ice cream store. Only one employee there was nice. The rest had an attitude as soon as we walked in and ordered. Not going back to this place again. Go to Paleteria and Neveria Monarca on Glenwood ave instead. They are wonderful and the food is 100 times better!!

You must try this place.Its hidden in a out of the way location but its well worth the effort to find it.Operated totally by hispanics that know how to make natural ice cream using real not artifical favors.Try the strawberries and cream (fresa con creama) not ice cream but fresh strawberry in a yogurt cream.I try something different each visit and never have I been dissapointed.Prices are moderate…$2 to $5 depending on how many scoops you want.
