Second time I have bought Outback in the past month. First time the Alice Chicken had only mushrooms and cheese and they forgot my two side salads. Had to remind them and it took another 10 minutes to bring the salads and one was wrong. Decided to give it another shot because in the past this Outback has been wonderful. Ordered the ribs this time and I might as well have bought a rubber dog toy. Literally was able to eat two ribs and the rest was inedible. I definitely will not be doing Outback to go anytime soon and will likely avoid this location for awhile. Not worth the almost $90 I spent each time.

I’ll admit it’s been years since we’ve eaten at Outback. Things have really changed, and NOT for the good. We both ordered a house salad, which used to be quite a nice size and had fresh sliced Roma tomatoes. Now it’s very small and has soggy, yet bitter grape tomatoes. My husbands actually contained the core from the lettuce head. We then ordered the Aussie Cheese fries, and the Kukkaburra wings. The wings were always one of my favorites, big meaty wings that looked more like chicken legs. Although they still tasted good, they were extremely small and puny. They looked more quail wings. The fries now contain “fake” bacon on top, not fresh cooked and chopped bacon. The fries were extremely underdone, pale and soggy. I can honestly say I feel we’ve missed nothing through the years. Don’t waste your time or money here. There any many, MANY other better places to have a meal, skip this one!

Ordered a medium steak when it came out the top side looked decent looks like they put melted butter on it but when I flipped it over you can see it was burnt and it was extremely well done basically none edible. I was there with the group one of the other customers ordered the same thing his steak was the exact same way. And one of the guys had to send their steak back as he ordered it medium to rare and it came out well done also. You would think with the table of nine people you could get some of the stuff correct it was a very large tab with the food being below average.
