On 12/4/25 I came to Outback to celebrate my birthday, and Kailee truly made the night unforgettable. Her service was outstanding — genuinely the best I’ve experienced. She made me feel valued both as a guest and as a person, and she is absolutely an asset to this location. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
The kitchen team also deserves a huge shout-out. I didn’t get their names, but they worked hard and it showed. Our meals were incredible — my partner and I ordered the Aussie 3-course meals; I had the half-rack ribs, and he had the Bloomin’ Burger. Everything was delicious.
Thank you, Kailee and the cooks, for making this the best birthday I’ve had in years. I’ll definitely be returning — especially because of this amazing experience. (Also, the drinks were beautiful!!!)

I miss going here. I haven’t been since they messed up the cook on my steak 3 times in a row. Nothing worse than watching your friends eat while you sit and wait for them to bring a a steak with the right cook. Meanwhile you sit there and get full. Steak comes and you can no longer eat.
But normally the food is great and the place and servers are wonderful.
I love their ribs. And the bread that they bring to the table before you order. Pumpernickle? It’s delicious.

I just want to say that I think Kialee is one of the best servers that I have ever met. She is always quick to recognize her regular customers and knows exactly what their preferences are. Sometimes it almost seems like she is reading my mind….. Although my favorite Outback has a number of better than average servers I believe she is no doubt the best of the bunch! One of the things I enjoy about Kialee is that she goes a step beyond her server job and actually develops a personal relationship with her favorite customers. I will admit there are times I make sure she is available before I stop by for a meal. I often use her as a sounding board and look forward to hearing her advice on certain subjects. I have brought guests in with me for a meal a number of times and she always goes the extra step to make sure they are comfortable and happy with their choices and with the quality of their food. So what do I know about servers……….well I currently eat out 7 – 8 times per week and before I retired I was a Supplier Quality Engineer for implantable medical devices and I spent 22+ years traveling around the USA and Puerto Rico visiting and auditing component suppliers which required a lot of meals in restaurants. In addition, I have been on 40 cruises and experienced some very good service during those vacations as well. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Kialee to any of my family or friends!!!

Daisy was absolutely amazing! From the moment i sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in just the right amount. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made our Outback experience stand out. 3 of us ordered fillets.. 2 of them med rare, 1 med well. The med rare ones came put beautiful.. plump and cooked just right but the med well was maybe 1/2 thick compared to the others at 2 inches and cooked well. Brought this to the attention of our server but he just argued with us.. to the point we were all uncomfortable in ordering the replacement he ended up offering. It was our parent’s 62 wedding anniversary and it was my Mom’s steak. After a bit I found the manager and explained what had happened and she graciously removed Mom’s meal from the bill. However, the server never returned.. no refills, no further service. Very dosappointed. We left without considering dessert.

Decided to have lunch here. Wasn’t too busy when we got there and saw only one waitress serving. It got busier so she was running around helping everyone. The food was good. The Caesar salad was delicious. The ribeye was delicious, but a bit pinker inside than I usually like. I requested medium well but received medium. I thought it was all good.

Allee was amazing! She is so friendly, professional, helpful and never forgets you’re there. She always makes sure you have everything you need, drinks never go empty and she treats you like friends not just another table of people. The food and atmosphere is great at this location, too. They have great prices and you never leave hungry. We always leave with leftovers. We would recommend this location and this server to anyone.

My waiter was terrible. He was not friendly. Seemed to only want to get us fed and out. My steak was grizzly and undercooked. My wife’s salmon was good. We had no wait time. Location was good. Tablegames were fun even if it cost us an extra 2.99.

1/19/2025- our server was McKenzie and we have nothing but good words to say! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick. We always had our drinks full and she was very patient with our not so patient kiddos! Thank you again and we will definitely be back! 🙂
