The breakfast here is so delicious and fresh. We always come here when we visit our Timeshare here in Williamsburg. Our server today was Jenn and she was super attentive to my adult son who is on the Autism spectrum. She has outstanding customer service. All of the staff are very welcoming and cheerful. I choose this place every time we come over the other pancake breakfast spots on this strip

1st time at this awesome pancake house. Food was absolutely delicious! Shrimp and grits, scrambled eggs, pancakes, all expertly prepared, flavorful, well presented (see pics). Service was excellent and staff very friendly! Will *definitely* be back! Oh and the sign for “pay toilets” is a joke people!

This spot was great the servers were friendly and the food was good. It came out fast. The chicken and waffles were hot and fresh. The chicken itself was just the right flavor. I love it when I dont need to add any sauce to chicken or chicken tenders. I had the salmon cakes and those were flavorful too.

If you’re anywhere near Williamsburg, this pancake house is a must-stop spot for breakfast. The food is always fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — you can tell everything is made with care. The pancakes are perfectly fluffy and full of flavor, the kind that don’t even need syrup (but the syrup’s great too). The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Coffee stays topped off, the service is quick, and the atmosphere has that cozy, hometown diner feel that makes breakfast taste even better. Definitely one of the best breakfast spots in Williamsburg — worth every bite!

The food is absolutely amazing. Perfect 10. Came one day and had to come back the next day and bring more people with me. Everyone loved EVERYTHING they ordered. The one thing that competes with the food is the beautiful people who work here. They’re very kind and considerate very attentive and very experienced with making sure their customers have everything they need. The catfish is unbelievably fresh and perfectly cooked.Simple pancakes were delicious. French toast, grits, all done just right. And so much more. Highly recommend everything about this place.

My family of six came down to spend the day at Busch Gardens. After the park, we stopped at a local restaurant for dinner, but the food and service were a big letdown.
The next morning, before heading home, we decided to give another local spot a try and we’re so glad we did. Southern Pancake and Waffle House completely turned things around for us. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the food was even better.
I’m on a strict diet and ordered a custom omelet with grilled chicken on the side and not on the menu, but they made it happen with no problem. My family had everything from chicken and waffles to sunny-side-up eggs with turkey bacon. Every single meal was delicious.
If you’re in the area and want a good, home-style breakfast with great service, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

Don’t fall for the high ratings. They ask multiple times for 5 stars so many of these are just farmed.
The service was abysmal our server forgot multiple components of our meals, dropped food, and took an absurd time to take our order. The server gave away parts of my order to other patrons and never gave me a replacement.
The food was not good strawberries on the waffles were still rock hard frozen. The quality of the bacon, sausage, and ham was criminally low and tasted terrible. The waffle was horrendous not well cooked and not appealing. The home fries were still raw and looked like they never had gotten cooked.
Overall I would not recommend. There are so many other way better breakfast spots around Williamsburg.
Also the men’s bathroom doesn’t lock so you better pray no one comes in.
If you want terrible service, poor quality food, and an unusable toilet it’s the place for you.
If you don’t want that then I implore you DO NOT GO.
That said they did comp us a meal for missing items and the poor service.

Really cute restaurant with a sweet casual family feel. Customer service was nice. The food was good but the home fries were a big let down. They were more like home scallop potatoes. Other than that, cool place.
