I can tell you my experience definitely improved from before. The quality of my ribeye was perfect. The seasoning was excellent. My vegetables was steamed just right. Thank you for the improvement to your team as well. Everyone was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was busy yet clean. I will return often.

All food was great, complimentary bread was fresh and delicious, their Cesar Salad dressing is one of the best I ever tasted, shrimp on the barbie were great and the steaks were perfectly done. They even got my stake temperature right which is a very “rare” event. The server was also very nice!

Probably my last time at Outback and it’s one of my favorite places. I’ll start with saying, the food was great…the bloomin’ onion never disappoints and their steaks are always delicious. Our wait for food was very long, they were busy so I understand but it was really long. The kids meal didn’t come out with salads or earlier than the adults food, it came out at the same time so of course the kids weren’t happy. The server got a giant table after we arrived so most of her attention was devoted to that table. We had to get up several times to ask other staff members for things we needed because she wasn’t being attentive…not really her fault as she had too many tables but she also seemed very apathetic to our wait items, needs, etc. I ordered ice cream for my son at the end and she never brought it…admitted that yeah it was probably melted in the window and she would get another one made so then we asked for it to go and again she didn’t seem to be apologetic. Overall, very lack luster experience, especially for the cost of going out to eat now. Also, we were there 2 hours, with the food wait times and never had a manager stop and check on us.

We went here a lot when I was little and I still go to lunch and dinner there sometimes. They’ve changed some things up on the menu when they got new ownerships and managers, but that’s the case for most places when those aspects change. The service was really slow the last time we went, but the food is always good! And the atmosphere is calming and cool, unless they’re very busy and then it gets quite loud in there.

Great service! Donte took care of us and made our experience great. The food was wonderful, hot, and delicious! We got the crab legs and they were wonderful!! It was better than Joe’s Crab Shack which we had two weeks ago.
