Ordered a steak well done and received it rare/med rare. Completely unacceptable. What’s the point of selecting how I want it done if they can’t figure out how to do it correctly. Won’t be returning anymore. They have continued to make errors almost every time we order curbside.

Ate dinner there 12/20/25 for my nephew birthday as soon as i walked in was greeted by 2 hostess they were very polite, everyone was very polite and friendly the food came out hot and was good. Ethan was our server he was very polite and attentive. Only tiny mistake they forgot 2 sides fries and mashed potatoes but Ethan correct it quickly and apologized soon after the manager came out and greeted us checking on how everything was.
As I waited for my food I could see everyone working as a team. everything was top notch.

Came for our daughter’s birthday dinner and things went kind of left as the restaurant was really loud where we were siting with other larger parties, actually larger than ours. Our daughter suffered a panic attack, we were able to make it to the bathroom where I asked my daughter if we needed to leave. A staff member was in the bathroom in the other stall and overheard our conversation and immediately jumped in and let us know that she could talk with our server Dante and move us to a different area so that we could stay. We went to waiting area to continue coping and calming strategies and the kind lady in the front at the hostess station took immediate care and concern making sure that my daughter was okay and she also said that they would also accommodate us in moving to a different area. Due to all their kindness, we were able to finish our meals and celebration. Dante even read the situation clearly and didn’t have staff come over to sing happy birthday which we appreciated. Couldn’t be more appreciative of staff members tonight especially when they had just had a 30 top! They didn’t have to be so kind and accommodating! Shout out to the staff and managers on our visit on 7/12/2025 @ about 8:45, 9pm. Thank you all for your kindness!

Went for lunch, but the dining experience took an hour and 40 minutes and that only includes the time after we were seated. I’d understand if it was full, but it wasn’t. We took our dessert home so as not to stay any longer.

My first time eating lobster. I was so excited to finally try it. I got the Tuesday Tails, which was a sirloin and lobster.
Sirloin was quite tough. Lobster was such a let down. Chewy and stringy. Is that the way it’s supposed to be?

I work late and sometimes grab meals for my family at Outback because they are reasonably priced and real food. I hate getting fast food to much for them.
Tonight their steaks were black. Like charcoal black. I wish I had checked them before I left the curbside. I never do though, because I thought I could trust Outback. We are good with well done, actually trust it more to feed my family. I wish I could share a photo as I have one.

This was our first time at the Outback in so long. We went Tuesday afternoon and it was amazing!! Our server Kayla was so kind and attentive, definitely an 11/10 server. She refilled our drinks without asking and made sure to keep checking on us! The food was amazing as well, the Chimichurri filet and half pound burger were delicious. We definitely will be back!!
