Ordered a number 2 in the drive thru and was told to pull around and wait. By the time I got my food it was cold and I guess a large fries is now only half full because what I got is pathetic. The level of incompetence at this place and the fact that they have you wait just to receive cold food is ridiculous. Also when you order a large meal it now only comes with a medium drink but the price is higher. McDonald’s of Carlsbad you’re pathetic and incompetent. Don’t use the app coupons. They will charge you full price and give you a blank stare when you ask for a correction. Five different people just stared at me when I showed them the coupon. Totally chaos, I gave up and left because all I was doing was seriously holding up the line.

Aweful food every time I give this place another chance. Hard buns and burnt fries. And sad thing is I even went inside for them to fix and it even came out worse. It was disgusting. Waited forever for same kind if items. Fries have a timer but it doesn’t work if they stay in fryer beeping and burning. And buns need to be cooked as ordered they are like a croutons.

Waited at the drive-thru kiosk for several minutes. No one said anything, even after we asked if anyone was there. We drive up to give our order manually at the window and are told to go back to the kiosk. They refused to take our order at the window (despite acknowledging that they took several orders at the window before us.) What a joke.

After spending 20 minutes waiting in the “pink/purple” spot I called in to ask about my food. Then the food runner comes out asking for my receipt. It was lost in the black hole of my cars trashcan (that’s on me). The twenty minutes I waited for my food, the runner went from car to car asking “is this yours?” And I had to read the receipt on the bag because they had no idea what the order they had was, or what spot it was for.

Ok. It’s 10h30. I order like 20min before that and I chose to pick up it at the counter. They said they close at 11h and they lock the door already at 10h30. I have to drive my car to the drive thru and there are a lot of ppl waiting like me. Why dont you guy said i cant pickup at the counter when i order it online from the begining or why dont u guy change close hour to 10h30. Why?????. I cost me 20 more min just to wait in the drive thru even I order online. I hate this.

I was not happy this morning AT ALL when the girl at the Second window told me they Were Out Of Dr Pepper what would I like instead AFTER I had Already Ordered and Already Paid with Debit. When we told her to just refund the money, $2 is $2, to us we Only Want Dr. Pepper the manager was called to the register the window closed. The window opens and All Of A Sudden we had Dr Pepper drinks Just Like We Ordered!!! Served With A Attitude That Made It So Fresh Tasting!!!
