Always check your order before leaving! Stopped in today for something quick and somewhat healthy. Service was friendly. Ordered a plate and kids meal, but when I got home, I realized the pepper steak entree was literally all veggies. Not a single morsel of steak – so, so sad. Food was cooked well, but damn, I was really looking forward to that beef.

Pretty good spot, I had gotten two medium boxes, and one large plate with a small side run me for about 30$. Not bad but also found this hair in my food first bite, went up and let the worker know and they were kind and got me another side of my choosing replaced immediately, and then offered anything else for my inconveniences. I understand this happens at times but it was the reaction that made me glad the customer service is not awful, but food questionable. Good spot, hit or miss depending who is serving day of!

Joshua was the cook tonight. And I think he did a really, really good job. The food tasted fresh and the orange chicken was cooked perfectly! Give this man a raise! I go to a lot of fast food restaurants and I can tell when something is contaminated or not fresh/will give me food poisoning. I ordered the kung poa chicken, orange chicken and chowmein. On Tue, Dec 30 at 5:40 pm. This is why hand washing and wearing gloves is important. Thank you for the tasty meal Joshua! Also the customer service was great too from the gals working there!

To start, there’s no drive thru, despite what online says. So I show up ready for the drive thru to pick up my order in my pajamas & there’s not one. Okay, not a big deal I ordered the family meal and a bigger plate. I placed the order an hour prior to picking up my order. When I arrived my order was not ready. I showed up 5 mins earlier for the chance they were on top of it and it was ready, I was wrong, my order was still yet to be packed. They sent me a text as I was in the building that my order was ready but I didn’t get it till 7-10 mins after, I know it was just so it looks good on their metrics with food readiness. I should’ve read the reviews before coming because that sounds about right and makes sense. 20 minutes later I’m finally leaving the building with my order, mind you I placed it online to avoid waiting times. The cashier proceeds to tell me they are waiting on the chow mein, why wouldn’t the chow mein have been ready? I placed the order an HOUR ago. Spent $70 and never will I ever be coming back to this location. Go to the one in west valley! Their manager cares. Clearly the manager here doesn’t. Hopefully this location shuts down. Also the only reason I gave 5 stars was for one of the cooks who handed me plates and gave me a smile even though she knew I was irritated.

Panda is my favorite. However, back in the day, Panda used to give very generous portions. I feel like in recent years they’ve gone the way of the world and are more skimpy. HOWEVER, *Alicia* at this panda location gave wonderful portions for my wife and I’s plates and I SO APPRECIATED/NEEDED that today! Thanks Alicia!

Putting away and cleaning up 30min. prior to close. Foods definitely not fresh. I used to work at Panda so I know this isn’t their policy. I ended up just walking out and eating somewhere else instead of asking them to make fresh everything I wanted (considering they had nothing that I wanted even available).

Came in again today and was again disappointed. Left the following survey about my experience:
“Karla, the GM, was unenthusiastic and probably concerned over how long the line was getting. She didn’t dish us enough food. She gave us smaller portions comparatively to other employees and customers. She didn’t smile or greet us. She didn’t say thank you when the bell rang. Our fortune cookies were forgotten. We had to wait 10 minutes for items to even cook (longer than what Karla originally told us). I have previously had good experiences at this panda with good portions but I am frustrated when I am still hungry at the end of finishing a bigger plate because Karla didn’t dish enough food. Other customers behind us were served first. Extremely disappointed and annoyed today. Karla skimped on giving us enough food, in addition to the other problems. No sense of urgency from staff. By the time we finally got all our food, the first items we were given got cold.”

Came in today and Maritza did an incredible job! Maritza worked quickly, yet was still patient as I selected items. When at the register, she informed me I had points I could redeem if I wanted. She also offered me all food items as well and I got 2 orders of rangoons. The food portion sizes were good too although I’ve had issues with that in the past. She did a great job and I’m impressed enough to be updating my review to 5 stars!

Haven’t updated my review for over a year so I thought I’d update it today. This is usually a solid location but tonight was disappointing. Putting food away 90 minutes before close. Nearly everythings empty. I had to wait for fresh. Employees are slow, and unenthusiastic. No manager out on the floor. Some tables clean, some dirty. There’s no rush for the employees tonight. Asked me to pay and walked away from register before I could pull out my app and scan for points. That obviously didn’t work since they had to cancel payment again before I could actually scan. Updating to 1 star. They can try again in a couple months. See attached pictures.

This is the WORST panda to go to ! Not only does their COSTUMER SERVICE SUCK , they messed up my ORDER 3 TIMES which required me to come back 3 TIMES in ONE NIGHT. First they forgot my Wontons , came back and got it then when I got home I noticed in the bag they forgot one of my bigger plates causing my family to drive all the way back . Once they got back they told Mariana the server she didn’t say much and had ATTITUDE the WHOLE TIME ! Just to arrive home AGAIN with a bigger plate that is wrong AGAIN . Ordered half and half and got only chow mein ! I won’t be back and if I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD ! Panda Express needs to work on training their employees to have better attitudes ! You guys get paid way more than city workers ! At least act your pay ! Ridiculous!

This the one closest to my house and they do pretty good there. You just have to be careful if you’re trying to get food about a half hour before they close because they start not having everything on the menu so I recommend going at least a hour before they close to make sure you can get everything you want but they do good there for the most part. It’s usually clean good service and pretty quick.
