Every time we come to this restaurant we have issues, we talk to the manager about the issue and they always say, “I will make sure this is better, if you just give us one more chance” Well, your chances are DONE! I recommend that if you want to go out to eat, DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT! We haven’t seen the manager at all this visit. The manager should be OUT of her office making rounds, at least, every 15 to 30 minutes making sure that she has server quality, menu quality, and customer satisfaction……if you don’t know what 1 or all of these things are, then you’re in the wrong position!

The best part of the the experience was Ginger, our server. She was attentive and welcoming even though she was busy with other tables. The food was so so and not what I remember from previous visits. With tip, $100+ for 2 entrees and coffees and of course a blooming onion, the second best part of Outback.

We’ve ordered more than a few times here door dash or take out, inside dining etc. Inside dining we’ve never had a problem. Great service. To go or door dash we’ve had several problems. Each time they’ve always made it right or offered a new meal. One time even the lobster was messed up and they gave us two orders the next time. I’m pretty impressed with this place and their service. Sometimes people mess up. The only reason 4 stars is because of how many times it’s been messed up. It’s always fixed, but that costs them money each time. I still like this place. Of course the bread, the blooming onions, love em.

Was nervous to come here due to the low rating and reviews but surprisingly really enjoyed it. The blonde manager greeted us at the door and we were sat right away. McKenzie waited on us and was great and the food was delicious!!! The manager made a point to stop at our table and ask if everything was okay. It seemed like they had great staff that night, everyone was doing something or cleaning not just standing around. Thank you!

My wife and I haven’t been to this location in some time despite living right around the corner. Today we were in a hurry and decided to give it another try. We sat at the bar and the bartender (Brandon) was making drinks but still welcomed us the moment we sat down. We got our usual a couple of sirloins and baked potatoes. We were presently surprised. Food was perfect and was brought to us very quickly. Brandon was great with conversation even though he had other tables. He was welcoming, attentive, and great “dad jokes”!! We will be back for the food and the jokes.

Good Day! I had the pleasure of having my mother’s very special birthday party this past weekend at Outback of Garner. First, when I arrived to the restaurant the team members including the managers were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs. In fact, the team had already sectioned off the area “as promised” and the silverware was neatly organized in accordance to our party size. In addition, The Outback team allowed us set up our area with balloons. Next, all the food was hot, cook to order, as well as looked amazing, but most of all very the food was tasty! A big thanks go out to the “Back of the House” Good Job! Who says you can’t have “quantity and quality” at the same time that not only meets but exceeds the expectations. Lastly, our servers were very attentive and personable as they multitasked to ensure all attendees were satisfied including keeping our drinking glasses filled, which was no small undertaking. If you have a upcoming celebration or a group gathering and you need to select a restaurant then Outback of Garner is the place to go . As they say, “Always fresh in the Outback!” Thank you so much Jessica and your team for the hard work as you all truly made this a event special to remember for our friends and family.

I visited between 5&6pm Saturday January 7. The wait was expected and I asked if I could sit at the high top at the bar area, the hostess said all tables are in rotation. I was not interested in sitting at the bar so I waited and was passed up a couple of times before finally being seated. Immediately afterwards the manager walks by loudly saying how it would be nice to have more tables available and we locked eyes as he walked away glaring at me. I was alone in a table for two. Mind you the high top at the bar still has not been seated. My wait person was very unenthusiastic about taking my order, I never received bread, the water I requested never arrived and finally the wait person stated I guess I’ll have to do it myself. The meal was delicious but the level of service was terrible. I believe good service is a top down experience and there may be bad attitudes with leadership at this location. That high top at the bar I offered to sit at never was seated while I was there. My meal for 1 person was just over $53, the wait person started behaving a little better once they took my order, but the level of service never was better than mediocre. I tipped about 12% and walked away feeling I should not have visited outback that night.

No waiting to be seated mid-week evening. The food (Strawberry Salad with Grilled Chicken) and Sirloin with Shrimp) was okay. Our waitress Valissa was great. She was pleasant and engaging in conversation and ensured that our food order was correct when received. Keep up the good work.
