The service was really good!! The food was excellent. I had the 6oz sirloin and grilled shrimp and baked potato. The atmosphere was good but really chilly. Our table was under the AC ceiling vent. Besides that, everything was awesome.

Was recently on a 40 person bus trip. We were scheduled to eat at another restaurant that couldn’t accommodate us at the last minute. We called Outback and within 35 minutes we were seated and ordering. The manager Patrice had a wonderful can-do attitude and the whole entire team was warm, friendly and accommodating. They served our entire party and got ALL of the orders right. Our food was hot and fresh and fast. We were in and out in less than an hour. For a party of 40! Last minute! Shout out to our waitress Michelle who was amazing. But literally EVERYONE was so friendly and working together as a team. I just appreciated that experience and them salvaging what could have been a really bad end to a great day and trip.

Outback has managed to bureaucraticize being a waiter. What I mean by this is that one person is responsible for typing in your order to an electronic keypad then separate people are responsible for bringing it. The ordering people are not responsible for you actually getting food. And the food staff are not responsible for anything except what they’re told to bring.

I had to send my food back twice, once because my soup was not hot and the second time because my steak was over cooked; however, thanks to our server Anna our evening was saved! She was absolutely amazing! Even though she had lots of tables to wait on, she still did her best to ensure the satisfaction of the table. She was extremely courteous and helpful, she had a great personality, and her knowledge of the available menu options was extraordinary. As long as she is an employee there we will definitely come back!
