Made a mobile order in the app. When I arrived, I was told the restaurant was closed and all mobile orders had been “cleared”. My order still showed active. No alerts or notifications that it had been cancelled. Showed the order on the app to the manager and he still insisted it had been cleared. I get it that you are closing early because of the storm but be honest about the mixup. Do better.

Everything was great until I was almost home and took a sip of my drink – it’s not what I ordered i got another customer name JEFF #0418, COKE. My customer order was #0415 for drink -half lemonade/sweet tea. SMH!!!

Also this is for the long-time residents who have lived within this area since the early 2000’s, we all know this is THE ORIGINAL Chick-Fil-A that has always been here way before they built another one down the 301 highway’s street over at 3710 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603.
