I absolutely love this Papa John’s location! Every time I order from here, the food is hot, fresh, and delicious—I’ve never had a meal I didn’t like. The staff are incredible: always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. The store is spotless every time I stop in, and the service is impressively fast, whether I’m picking up or getting delivery. Hands down, my favorite pizza place in town.

We ordered from this location and I guess they’ve started to use doordash for their delivery service? The person stole our food and when we called to this location they quoted us ANOTHER hour to get our food. Will not order from here again!!!! So frustrating that someone can steal food and you can’t even get in contact with that person.

The pizza itself was great—fresh, hot, and ready quickly. No complaints at all when it comes to the quality or speed of the food.
That said, the service experience left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, no one greeted me. I stood there for a bit feeling awkward while several employees walked around, visibly busy, but not one person acknowledged me or made eye contact. Everyone seemed annoyed or just completely checked out. Eventually, someone from the back came up to the counter to help me, but the lack of any basic customer interaction was disappointing.
I don’t expect over-the-top energy, but a simple “Hey, we’ll be right with you” or even a smile would’ve gone a long way. Hoping this was just an off day, because the food really was great.

I ordered a delivery in this store, the guys were friendly but the worst pizza I ever ate, I spent $36 and I had to leave half the pizza. I don’t recommend it.

Placed my order, $36 for 1 large pizza and 2-2 liters of Dr. Pepper. I received my order 1 Large pizza and 2-2 liters of Pepsi. I cannot drink Pepsi, called and spoke to manager and she outright lied. Said they were out of Dr. Pepper and she couldn’t reach me (maybe because she never tried) so they added the next dark pop. Funny how Door Dash was able to “reach” me when she needed more directions. I order pizza at least once or twice a month, but this is my last time. I have deleted the app from my phone. THIS was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

We have ordered here several times since we have lived here. I wouldn’t say the pizza was horrible, but I have certainly had better pizza from Papa John’s elsewhere. Most of the time when you call, no one picks up. The delivery drivers have always been nice and the delivery was pretty fast. I typically order our stuff online. They have messed up my order a couple times but always put a free pizza or credit on our account. The only reason we really order from here is because of the coupons and the rewards points. But now that Casey’s is in town, I’ll probably stick to their pizza.

Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and was given a sausage instead. When I told them it should have been pepperoni, I was a regular crust. I wasn’t waiting 20 minutes for a new one, so I left with that but didn’t get a refund for the price difference. The only reason I didn’t rate lower is the jalapeño popper things…those were good!

Last night we ordered pizzas to be delivered at 10:30, placing the order around 5 pm online. We made sure it was 30 minutes before closing to ensure not to hold anyone up or cause a driver to stay late. When our Pizzas ($55) arrived at 10:48, the tall young driver was rude as Hell. He told me we shouldn’t be ordering pizza right before closing time and that it would cost more. He said it was unfair to the workers. I was taken aback. We didn’t order right before close and they were late delivering. How do I rescind a driver’s tip? I think we’re done with Papa John’s in Carrollton.
