DISGUSTING! Ordered wings from this location and the wings had a band aid on them. Gross, never again, when tried to call to speak to manager, phone was never answered. Poor customer service and lack of cleanliness.

I love Outback Steaks and was very disappointed in this new location in Horsham. It is a much smaller location but great for the hotel next door and the business park. We walked in and stood there for about 15 min (Not busy at all and only about five other tables.) We had to ask 2X to be seated, and then she asked if a table was fine; my friend said a booth was preferable. We were told we had to wait until the next shift came in about 20 more min. WOW! Sat at a table; the plates and table were dirty, but we had an excellent, informative, and pleasant waiter. Our food, coconut shrimp, was burnt and had no taste; the steak had to go back undercooked. This location definitely needs some work. We did tip our waiter very well as he was AWESOME. Don’t give up young man; you are definitely a people person. We would return only to have him serve us again.

I had two amazing visits to this new location! Dining in was amazing, great food, excellent service from our waitress Holly. Later, my husband and I decided to order curbside and Jackson was very helpful in giving us menu recommendations and taking care of us! Would come back again!

I ordered the Prime rib and shrimp. My steak was over cooked. That was sad cause it was a very nice cut and super meaty. Definitely over cooked & it was a lil tough. The server was nice. She was on top of things, until my fries took longer than our whole table ate. It wasn’t her cooking so who gets the real blame? Any ways my Washington Apple martini was amazing.

Great server, great food, great manager. Got home (out of state) two days later and realized I didn’t have my detailed receipt, which I needed to expense to my employer. Called, and the manager not only found the receipt, but took a picture and texted it to me. Awesome staff!

This newly opened restaurant has very welcoming and attentive staff. There is a nice bar with wide screen tv’s. This could be a good place to order some apps, watch a game and order a drink from their $7 drink menu.
