I can’t tell you how grossed out I was by how dirty and germy (?) the check out counter was. Don’t touch the credit card thing, guaranteed to to give you every known disease . The Ultimate Jam breakfast sandwich was a flat sticky too hot to eat sandwich and so was the coffee. It took 5 minutes to cool down enough to eat.

Been here a lot over the years. Fast and easy service whether you order in person in the drive thru or on the app. Very friendly staff. Tasty coffee and donut flavors. I love their mochas and pumpkin spice lattes. Their hazelnut coffee is good too, but the flavor of it can be inconsistent. Sometimes sweet, sometimes not sweet. As someone who is sensitive to dairy, it’s nice that they offer non dairy alternatives like almond and oatmilk. I will say that rarely the order wasn’t right when ordering in the drive thru. But they make it right if that’s the case, and I don’t think I’ve had any issues with order accuracy when ordering on the app. Overall it’s been a pleasant experience having coffee, donuts and bagels here.

I’ve been to Dunkin donuts in some of the worst urban places in New Jersey and by far this surbaban (ghetto) Dd has the worst customer service and food presentation … I know it is not a 3 star restaurant but the food was prepared very sloppy the hash Browns were stuck together and not fully cooked…..they have a 17 year old rude kid working the window and a 5 item limit …. so if I get 3 coffees in the drive thru I can only order 2 food items….if you can’t handle the volume in the drive thru then higher people with some sommon sense and that can fill the orders properly. DO not go here is you want atleast average service… This place is horrible

Went through drive thru to get a coffee before work… waited about 4 mins for just a drink. No food. Took a sip and it was the worst taste ever. Went around front and went in to have it remade and it still tasted horrible. Will not be coming back to this dunkin. The one in Mansfield is better. And they’re owned by the same person.

I come to this dunking almost daily though when I order food they’ll tell me they have it though give me something completely different than what I have ordered or even there may be a line out the parking lot for drive-thru and noone seems to take order for a good period of time. I have never had as much issues at 1 dunkin donuts than this one. Hopefully an actual manager can start working there daily through open hrs to actually fix the problems that go on there & i have heard those place has had plenty of complaints ‍♀️

We’re Hiring
I just had an incredibly disrespectful experience at this Dunkin’ location—one that’s enough for us to take all our sports and concessions business elsewhere.

We had placed a large mobile order. When we arrived, the store was closed to walk-ins and was drive-through only. We pulled up to the window, as there were no other customers, and tried to give our order number. A man came to the window, screamed at us with kids in the car to “go around to the speaker,” and then slammed the window shut while we were explaining we just needed to pick up our order.

He then walked away and stared at us through the window as we sat there—still the only customers at the store. We were forced to drive all the way back around to the speaker, give the order number again, and then circle back to the window. There was no apology, no explanation, just intentional rudeness and a complete disregard for basic customer service.

We are regulars who visit multiple times a week with our sports teams and concessions orders. But after this experience, we’ll never return. This was not just unprofessional—it was hostile and unnecessary.

Always fast and fresh. Friendly staff. Looking forward to the new shop to open on 57 less of a line in the morning. I need my fix early.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered an espresso shot and a plain avocado toast. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. At first, I thought it was a language issue since I’m a foreigner, but the way she looked at me when I approached the register felt very disrespectful. As a foreigner living here, I’ve gotten used to certain looks and attitudes, but this was beyond what I could overlook.

However, what bothered me the most was the behavior of the man working in the kitchen. He literally threw the food on the counter. I might be able to tolerate rude behavior toward me (even though it’s unacceptable), but I cannot tolerate disrespect toward food. I paid for that meal—I’m not asking for charity, and I’m certainly not a beggar. I work hard for my money, and I expect to be treated with at least basic respect. Farmers work tirelessly to provide us with food, and to see it treated so carelessly is disheartening. There are people in the world who can’t even afford food, and yet here, the staff treat both customers and food with such disregard.

I walked away without saying anything due to the language barrier, but I honestly didn’t even feel like eating the food after it was thrown at me. Yet, out of respect for the food, I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away.

Why does this place hire such disrespectful people? Many people come to Dunkin’ for a morning coffee to start their day right, but experiences like this just ruin the mood. Can’t they hire better staff or at least train them to be polite? I will never return to this location.

Officially the LAST time I go to this Dunkin. I live across the street from it and rather just go to Budd Lake. In the 3 years I’ve lived next to it, they got my order correct probably twice. This morning was the last time! I just started drinking cold brew and had my first one from Budd Lake location and it was amazing! This morning good mood and all and it was NOT BUSY since it’s vacation time/school is out, I ask for a Pistachio Cold Brew coffee. She asked how would you like it? I said BLACK! That’s all. Pull up and I get an Iced Pistachio Coffee with cream and SUGAR. & I mean A L O T of sugar sitting on the bottom. I looked at my coffee and drove off before I hurt someone’s feelings. SERIOUSLY???

This DD would get 0 stars if I could do such. The owner of this location raises prices every week due to demand. He also alters prices to profit big time. Today we got 3 iced drinks with a $3 upcharge for almond milk ?!?! I can buy a gallon for that price !! On the large plastic cups there is a “3 ice cube” line where employees aren’t suppose to fill ice above that…per DD rules. This place fills to top and adds water to increase profits !! I know some of the employees, current and past who fill me in with what this clown pulls….avoid if you don’t want to get screwed !!
