First off starting I really don’t leave horrendous reviews but others should be informed before they go, maybe they will have an adequate experience. We Waited over an hour for our food. We ordered the same thing both, hibachi dinner New York steak & scallops. And a rainbow roll of sushi. During that time didn’t see our waitress other than to take our order. Never got a refill on drinks or checked on. There was only a party of about 10 there & one other table when we arrived. While waiting we watched two other tables get served before us, that had only been there for 30 or so minutes. When we did get our food. It was cold. And we asked medium rare on steak. Me and my partner hate to even say or make an issue ever but we spoke up. They offered to heat up the food again and give us a gift card. We really didn’t even want the food at that point due to the wait and the food being cold, like who wants reheated seafood? But that’s what we were offered. So we paid 73$ and got a 30$ gift card for next visit, which if we do come back maybe only for sushi. Didn’t like the fact we were offered to have warmed up food after an hour of waiting.. at least the gift card is nice but horrible service. And for how the menu is priced you expect the service to be good as well.

Stopped in for an early dinner. Restaurant was quiet and low lit. The sushi was outstanding and presented beautifully. I rather wish it would have been a tad lighter inside though – I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. The wait staff were attentive and with the exception of the dim interior it was a great experience. We will certainly be returning.

If you’re looking for a fabulous meal and experience, I highly recommend Osaka. They’re NOT the buffet style, but an amazing sit down experience. Exotic foods, great service, and a calm quiet atmosphere. A bit more than a traditional dinner out, but with those flavors and foods, it should be! Kids menus available, but it’s Japanese style kids meals. No chicken nuggets here, and that’s a good thing.
