This Japanese steakhouse is hands down one of the best spots in town. It’s well known locally, and after eating here multiple times, I completely understand why.

The service was terrible here. The cooking took forever for my table to the point where the another table got seated after us and even got their food finished before us.
At the end of the dinner, the hostress took forever to give us our to go box and even the check that it made me late to an event I was supposed to attend but had to cancel because of my lateness. And they forgot to get a togo order for another person my table that they had to stay behind after we left. Never coming back here again.

It’s hit and miss here. Usually it’s good but this last time, it’s went downhill. It wasn’t even busy that night. The service was slow and it took an hour to finally get a chef at the table to cook and then another hour til he finished. Wasn’t very entertaining and he cooked each dish one by one, instead of several at a time like normal hibachi chefs do. Very disappointed in tonight’s meal, might be awhile before we go back, it was that bad.

Not sure who has run this place in the ground. Do not take orders online if you can’t deliver, waiting to make till after there (pick up time advertised) is ridiculous, extra half hour, REALLY! Food quality has diminished severely. Not sure what 1 item was, I didn’t order, don’t substitute. Won’t be back. What a shame, used to be good.

The rice was outstanding, but the chicken was so over cooked you couldn’t chew it. It was actually hard from what looked like being dropped into a fryer. The rare steak was like jerky. It was just overall barely edible and being a first timer, I will also be a last timer.

Came in as a party of 6 to celebrate birthdays and EVERYTHING was wrong… even the water, twice! First, drink orders were taken, water no ice… we got a cup full of ice. Our wine was never served. A second person ordered water that they never got. Refills were offered once. The food was lacking in seasoning and we never got the lobster that we ordered. Two of us asked for white rice and after asking for it repeatedly, it showed up at the end of our meal …Our cook James was very friendly and entertaining and I think that is/was the only good thing I can say about this place. Food sucks, service sucks, table was sticky from the peeling contact paper they had on it. This place has lots of room for improvement.
