I haven’t been to Hardee’s since maybe High School. I remember loving the Frisco sandwich and thought I would grab one today. It was as nice as I remembered. Relative to fast food restaurants at this price point, the service was friendly and efficient. The place was clean. The health department gave them a 100 on their inspection score. That’s impressive.

Visited 12/31 around 1-2pm drive thru. I ordered the cheese burger meal. The cashier was very professional and pleasant. The customer service was great. The food was bad. The cheeseburger was warm but the burger meat was old and dark like it had been sitting and reheated. The bun was stale and hard. The fries were not fresh and seemed to be reheated. There was not any customers there at the time. there was no reason my food should not have been fresh. It’s unacceptable. I won’t return. The cashier asked me to do a google survey so here it is. The coke was the only thing that was good outside of the friendliness of the female worker at the drive thru.

I went through the Hardees on Rosewell in Sandy Springs about 7 or eight days ago. when I finish giving my order I proceeded to the window, but as I was approaching the back door I notice and elderly employee throwing the trash out of the back door while smocking a cigarette. I was so shocked and did a double take …and yes she saw me looking at her and she continued to do so like this was none of my Business. When I got to the window I informed the employee that was handing out my order, and she said that she had been warned before and that corporate knew about the issue. (WOW). This is unlawful, Nasty as well as unhealthy. I was also informed that she was a shift lead / assistant manager. I will be reporting this issue to the board of health to let them have their input. and Yes …..I know the name of the employee. I confronted her at the window as well and she stated to me that she only does it sometimes at the back door, as iff it was ok. I guess it is about the Money.

Amazing place, first time ever trying Hardee’s and wasn’t disappointed, for sure I can repeat tasting more food of this menu in another location of this franchise. Good customer service and clean baths.

We went through drive-thru. The associate was so friendly! The chicken biscuits, hash rounds and maple biscuits were fresh, perfectly cooked and yummy. I gave 4 stars because our Sprite drinks tasted like it missing syrup, like carbonated water. Fresh food and friendly service for a busy fast food restaurant.

Stopped in here on 1-21. They open at 5:00am. I got there at 5:15 doors was locked. No one in drive thru. Finally got the manager to the door and proceeded to tell me another 10 minutes and she be ready. I asked her if she had biscuit and gravy ready. She said no. I asked if she had anything ready. She said no. So how in 10 minutes you gonna have all that ready? Yea I could have waited that 10 minutes. But that would have made me late for my job. Which I could not be late to. Really let me down.

My coworker arrived and was served by Sofia. She first questioned the advertised combo that she found out if you get the orange juice it’s an up charge because the combo for the advertised price comes with coffee (scam) she clearly indicated she did not want it. She was charged $9 for a breakfast sandwich of 1egg/cheese and 2 strips a bacon, she asked for a refund. She was charged again instead of receiving a refund. After all that wasted time she was unable to get breakfast. You would think for the inconvenience they would at least offer the make a better sandwich for free but instead she’s at work starving.

I bring my kids here for breakfast pretty regularly, and we all love it. The food is consistently great, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s one of the better Hardee’s around, no question.
But during our last visit, someone was allowed to bring their dog inside the restaurant and sit down to eat—inside, not on a patio. This wasn’t a service animal, just a pet. And the staff allowed it.
We don’t have a dog, and I don’t expect to see one next to us while we’re eating indoors. It’s unsanitary, inappropriate, and honestly just gross in a place where people are trying to eat. I was surprised and disappointed to see it happen.
We’ll keep coming for the food and service, but I really hope management tightens up on basic health standards.

This is a sneak breakfast place. For all the high falutin biscuits places around town, Hardee’s cuts them at the knees. Don’t get me wrong, this is a quick visit restaurant, so I only visit on the way to drop my child off at school, every now and again. We like it. Most places I visit for breakfast leave me disappointed and yearning for home. This location sets a different standard. My first take away is the service at this location is excellent. Each and every team member is kind and courteous. For full disclosure, I only order egg and cheese or bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. The biscuits are very well made, flaky and warm. The egg has a nice moist quality, which indicates it is not over cooked. Add melted cheese and it’s a winner. For a quick breaky, you cannot go wrong with this Hardee’s.
