I wanted to try something new so I decided to go to this food truck. I ordered the Karaage Don which was a bit pricy at $18, so my expectations were high. They did not disappoint. The food was very good and it wasn’t over seasoned or over sauced. I really enjoyed the breading, the slaw, the sauces used, and the side salad was lovely.

We had mostly fried food, but it wasn’t too exciting. There were some special croquettes that were alright, but the two different don we got could have used a bit more flavor. There was some pickled ginger that was nice, and the portions were big enough.

I got the special, Chashu over rice with a delicious braised flavor, sauce, snow peas, fried edamame, and pickled ginger. I think it was the best Chashu I’ve ever had. It also came with a salad.
