Normally I’d give this place 4 or 5 stars. Today’s meal was the worst I’ve ever had there. Have to pay a $2 extra charge for beef, and it was burned to a crisp. Hibachi steak is my go to order but I may have to go to something else in the future.

False advertisement of prices!!!! The huge menu posted at the drive thru has never been changed nor taken down. All plates are like 3-4 dollars more difference than what is advertised. Food is pretty lousy now compared to when Osaka first opened. They are open here and there, and never a set time of hours as normal businesses have . You pay for filet mignon and get regular steak!!!! Yes you can tell the difference, as they must think you can’t, but it is obvious. They are money greedy owners and this is why they’re business is progressively getting worse. Lee! You should be ashamed of yourself and your business!!!

Managment and owner need to reconsider their waitresses and front till girls. Always rude and never want to give you great customer service. I understand showing up right before closing but have the decency to tell me “I’m sorry, are kitchen is shut down and were about to close”. Not run up to the door before I get there and lock it before I can get in! That is so frustrating!! Used to like this place and food is great but these girls are ruining the experience. Just takes a little bit of effort!

Ordered food for my family as we dined in and the seat were dirty and the high chairs were disgusting. Asked for something to clean the seats and the waitress said she only had a paper towel. After waiting 30 mins for food with hardly nobody there. The food was okay until we noticed mine had hair in the carrots. Tried to tell the staff and all they did was give me a 10% discount on my dish. Even after I returned the plate after 4 bites and didn’t get anything else. I still paid but overall it was terrible experience and I will never go back.
