Wasn’t even give a proper greeting when I came in by the staff, then 10 seconds later a guy behind the counter said “Sup bro”. I wanted to use my free sub coupon, so I needed the store’s address, apparently he didn’t know it. I wanted to get a multigrain or flatbread, to which he had neither. I just left and went to another location…those guys are terrible.

Absolutely THE worst subway Ive been to in Tuscaloosa. Tonight was my first time ever visiting this location and it will forever be my last! The food is horrible and the attitude is just as bad and rude. I hope they improve on customer service because it is absolutely missing.
