Onyx Cafe is a local business dedicated to serving the Greater Zion area with High-end Wood Fired Pizza, Vintage-style soda, and Artisan Gelato with excellent service. We keep our Oven at 700 Degrees Fahrenheit to provide our customers with a unique Pizza cooked in under 2 minutes, combining the traditional ways of cooking with a twist on new-age flavors. Our pizzas are made from scratch as well as our Soda syrups and our Artisan Gelato. Located in St. George, Utah. The business was founded by Zachary Jensen and Devon Roberts who between the both of them have 20+ years of pizza making. Devon has also been critically acclaimed internationally for his Gelato. Other items we serve are Wood-Fired Sandwiches, Salads, and Luxury Chocolates!

One of the better pizza places in St. George for sure. Service is excellent. Italian sodas and milkshakes are delicious. Pizza is made in an authentic traditional wood fire oven. These guys are passionate about great pizza and it shows. If I had one complaint it’d be that the flatbread was just a little too chewy. Will definitely be coming back.

Pizza was delicious and the chocolate egg drink was awesome. The chef there and was very gracious in helping us choose our food. The Carolina was my favorite. I loved the BBQ sauce and lightly pickled okra. The Butcher was everyone’s favorite. Here’s a photo of the chef making our pizza. It was fun to watch. We will definitely come back here.

Best pizza in St. George. Pizza made Wood fire oven so fire flavor omg so yummy and very fresh dough sauce ham and cheese everything!!! Very clean inside and love open kitchen. I ordered large pizza and half pepperoni and half combination pizza. One thing!!! Don’t make to go. Just eat at restaurant. Taste very different!!

I love Onyx Cafe! The owner and employees are the best in town and the food is amazing. EVERYTHING is made from scratch…even the mayo and dressings and so flavorful. I’m a regular and love stopping by for a yummy meal. My favorite this week is fresh, homemade pumpkin bread with chocolate chips…I am heading back for another slice 😉 great place for lunch, date night or better yet cater for your next party or wedding.

This was my second choice for lunch, and what a nice surprise. First, the manager was awesome; very personable. He explained how the food was prepared, by his son. I had the Red pizza and it was fantastic! I also had the aptly named Everything salad; lots of crucifers, which I appreciated. Finally I topped it off with their homemade root beer. It was pleasantly herbal and not syrupy sweet. Great place to dine.

This place is amazing! Love the wood fire pizza! They make in house gelato! They also make made to order classic drinks such as Lime Rickey, cherry lime rickey, strawberry lemonade! Delish! No soda machines here! The handmade desserts are amazing! Just an awesome place! Go check them out!

Fresh food for a great price! We got the Veggie and Carolina pizzas in the smallest size (called personal I think). This is definitely great wood fired pizza. On top of that the chocolate shake and cream soda we got were amazing!! Both were freshly made in house. The shake was the perfect blend of chocolate and cream (not too sugary!), and the cream soda was actually creamy and not too sweet as well. 10/10 recommend.

This is a cute little pizza cafe that I had no clue existed till now. The pizza is amazing, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The Gelato was a very nice compliment after the pizza.The colors and the music (old jazz when I was there) set a very nice atmosphere to vibe too. I will definitely be returning with some more friends next time.
