Olivia’s Restaurant in Gettysburg PA has an unending menu of a multitude of items to choose. The only problems we encountered were that there was so much food presented and we had to ask the server to slow down what they were bringing from the kitchen.

This was our first time here and I have to say what an amazing experience! It was for my husbands birthday! Absolutely loved everyone and everything! Chef Yani is the best! The presentation was brilliantly beautiful and the food was so delicious and on par with our cruise food (and if you’ve been on a cruise you know that food is amazing)! I’m talking about the food from the specialty restaurants and special dinners. The owner even came out to talk with us, so we could let him know. The girls even came out to sing Happy Birthday to him and brought him a piece of cheesecake (on their own gesture)! How sweet! We’ll definitely be coming back here very soon!!! Love it and if you haven’t been you need to go! I give them 10+ out of 10 in my book!

Inside really dated. Furniture is run down, benches are hard and uncomfortable. Large menu with many options but found the food to be mediocre. Prices were reasonable and portions large which may be important to some people. For me, I’d rather spend more for a better dining experience. On a good note, service was great. Wait staff was efficient and friendly.

Girls night out was fun thanks to our amazing server! He was very informative and knowledgeable explaining the menu to us. The drinks were my favorite part of the dinner! I love that they use deep eddys for their cocktails since that is kinda hard to find in this area. I probably would skip the meal if we return and come for just drinks…I expected the greek salad to be served with greek dressing but it was served with a balsamic vinaigrette. The main course was so so. The baklava was very different from any I have ever gotten and I wouldn’t recommend ordering that here either. Pretty restaurant inside!

Excellent food the whole way around. I had the fried oyster and green tomato plate that comes with a little salad. My friend ordered a type of a gyro. She said it was delicious. We started with the crab Nachos. OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The hummus plate to start was phenomenal. Our waitress was attentive and we sat outside on a nice fall day.

The food was so delicious. It came out not long after we ordered it and very hot. Made to perfection. The waitress was very nice and kept coming back to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend Olivia’s to everyone.

This place is amazing. We were seated on the back patio where a live musician was playing. Our server was super attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and the portions are huge. I had the oysters. They were tender and lightly breaded. We also had calamari and chicken wings. The wings are breaded, which we normally don’t like, but they were flavorful and very large. They do take reservations which I would recommend because the place was pretty busy. We didn’t get dessert but they looked really good. We will have to return to give them a try. Oh, and they have an awesome cocktail menu. I had the sharkbite.
